karaksa hotel Sapporo ★★★★
"Good location, nice food (breakfast buffet and restaurant), good service and staff. Facilities are also remarkable. Recommend to stay here!"
Sapporo Tokyu Rei Hotel ★★★★
"The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The meeting point for the day tour I booked was right here at the hotel, which saved me a lot of travel time and hassle. The room was a bit small; I could barely open my 24-inch suitcase, but it was well-equipped with everything I needed. My room type included complimentary breakfast, and the hotel's breakfast was delicious! My main requirements for a hotel are a convenient location, cleanliness, and safety. Overall, I was quite satisfied and would consider staying here again if I have the chance."
Cross Hotel Sapporo ★★★★
"Excellent experience from check-in to check-out. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was spotless, the facilities were excellent, and the staff provided exceptional hospitality throughout our stay. Every team member made us feel welcomed and valued. Their warmth and professionalism truly made a difference. We are grateful for the wonderful memories and look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended!"
SAPPORO STREAM HOTEL ★★★★★
A stylish and modern 4-star lifestyle hotel for travellers who want a chic stay with excellent access to transport, dining and entertainment.
Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Sapporo ★★★★
"The hygiene was quite good. It's super convenient for getting around, really close to the subway, so no need to worry about heavy snow. Getting anywhere is easy. Check-in is fully automated, and the hot spring was nice, not crowded and clean."
Grids Premium Hotel Otaru ★★★★
"The room was tiny, even though we booked a superior room type. The hotel is new, and the location is absolutely perfect. However, the bed wasn't very comfortable and smelled like stinky feet. Plus, they don't clean the rooms daily; apparently, it's only once every three days. I definitely won't be coming back."
Hotel Emion Sapporo ★★★★
"The room is so comfortable, fully equipped with amenities. The cleaning is perfect, even though we didn’t ask them to clean every days (we stay for 4 nights). The public bath is superb for a hotel in city. If you like shopping, it might a little off the street, you have to walk a bit to the station but that’s not trouble us."

Hotel Sosei Sapporo - MGallery Collection
"After spending six days in MGallery Hotel Sapporo, I can safely say this is not an ordinary hotel. Reception at 5 pm was professional, efficient and friendly. I didn’t have to wait. Well done. Takako and Cindy provided a warm, informative and professional service. The concierge was helpful and welcoming. Very useful in a freezing outdoor climate - thank you Alex. My room was as requested, 524. I booked a king room and it met my expectations. The design is lovely. The bathroom is not huge, but is well appointed with a bath and a separate shower. The room is very quiet and I had a very pleasant sleeping experience. The hotel and my room are in excellent condition, with a high standard of decor and presentation. Clearly recently renovated. The design is first class. It combines a beautiful Japanese style, with classical and traditional designs. The result is very pleasant - Chic! WiFi worked well. The room airconditioning was a little too hot for me, so I turned it off, and that was fine for me. The two guest’s lifts are fast and worked well over the six floors. House keeping is also of a high standard as you would expect from a high end Accor hotel. This is especially so in Japan where service is an art form. I had access to the executive lounge. It was a good experience. It provides a comfortable and cosy atmosphere, and the food quality is nice. The chefs are friendly and caring, thank you James. The lounge staff are first class. Thank you very much to Yokiku, Kaumini and chief Minoru for your attentive and excellent service. I appreciated your kind service. The only negative I am sorry to say is the occasional noisy foreigners who don’t appreciate the quiet, polite, refined and subtle Japanese culture. The location is convenient, and is about 15 minutes easy walk from the main Shinkansen station. Being in a built up area there aren’t any views of parks etc, but rather the city landscape. The hotel is 5-10 minutes walk to a variety of wonderful shopping areas. Additionally, there are major shopping malls in the Shinkansen station area. Nearby, you can find many restaurants that should suit most people’s cuisine, budget and type of food. Taxies are available at the hotel entrance. Buses and subway stations are nearby and provide access to various parts of the city. There are several attractions within 30-60 minutes of the hotel such as temples, museums and regional attractions. Ms Takako provided excellent suggestions. To be fair, I read the Hotel’s web reviews. I noticed that the negative comments were from years ago, before the hotel became an Accor hotel two years ago. I noticed most of the more recent reviews are positive. A special thank you to all the other warm staff for their excellent and polite hospitality. Having experienced hotels in every continent, this one stands out. The service and attention to detail is in a class of its own. Clearly, this is a special Hotel - undoubtedly, due to the hotel’s leadership. Finally, a heartfelt thank you to the General Manager, Mr Ted Kitahara, and his management team. Mr Ted introduced himself to me by chance. He made me feel very welcome, and was most kind to enlighten me about the hotel’s design and its interesting history. I hope to meet the Japanese architect one day! Overall, an extremely pleasant and first-class experience. I look forward to visiting again. Thank you for a wonderful experience."
Jozankei Daiichi Hotel Suizantei
"22 -month baby and family trip Usually, other lodgings receive a free or additional fee for less than 24 months. Check -in is said to be not used for public facilities. At the time of booking, minors thought it was impossible to use without a guardian. Stay with protection, but don't go outside ?? ;;; yes????? I can't use the sauna and there is no restaurant What kind of love hotel here? It's not a motel. Think about various things from the hotel's point of view If you are concerned that your baby is peeing in the bath, you can understand it. Because of the dinner, I ran three hours without a rest area in Biei. I ask if I can't eat at the baby and the restaurant. I'm kidding ... I don't like it It is said to be brought to the room. Breakfast is said to be a lunch box with a baby with a baby .. In the room, a plate was delivered at the same time as dessert ice cream. After eating, Ice cream is melted Less amount of meals, so it's too late and there's no nearby restaurant Driving 50 minutes to Sapporo City and eating . Breakfast also a cold grilled fish with cold rice. The drink lounge is shifted to the store. I saw it when I close… There is no sense of unkind in their laws. Because I couldn't use the baby lounge or rest facilities The baby hides and hugs the baby to make a sound or avoid it. Nukumori No Yado Furukawa
"A very traditional onsen hotel with a good vibe. Super good service but food is generally of a small portion."
Hotel Keihan Sapporo
"Location: About a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station and Hokkaido University, very convenient for getting around. The room was clean and tidy, breakfast had a good variety, and the staff were friendly."
Premier Hotel -Tsubaki- Sapporo
"Really happy with the stay of 9 days there with this good rates. Room is spacious for 2 and the bathroom is very comfortable with great toilet facilities. It is way better than the photos online. You can drink the tap water directly as it is from the underground natural creek of various healthy minerals even though they provide free bottled snow mountain water every day. Love the shuttle bus services provided from and to hotel on a quite frequent daily timetable easy for us to get to the ice sculpture festival at Odori, and JR station for transportation. Ice cream and coffee jelly ice cream dessert is another reason to visit. Their buffet breakfast is hearty yet delicate very delicious. Overall we have a great stay there and would recommend those travel to Sapporo."
Jozankei View Hotel
"The buffet spread was good and nice onsen spa. However, the onsen is does not allow customers with Tattoos."
Hotel Shikanoyu
"Middle of no where. Luckily I have booked dinner and breakfast otherwise have to find food from convenient stores. Great Onsen and nice tatami. Friendly service. Good breakfast and dinner"
Onsen Ryokan Yuen Sapporo
A highly rated, contemporary onsen-style ryokan hotel that blends the charm of a traditional Japanese inn with modern comfort.
Jozankei Onsen Yurakusoan
"Very beautiful place, the interior design is super Japanese, the room is Japanese style and with tatami. The jozankei town is a small town and quiet, with enough restaurants and lake to travel around, like the Sapporo lake dam and jozan lake dam."
KOKO HOTEL Sapporo Susukino
"The location is great, just take 10mins walking to the shopping centre, but the hotel has too few parking spots and no reservations can be made, and it’s hard to reserve it since it can be reserved for many days at one time ."
Toyoko Inn Hokkaido Sapporo Susukino Junction
"Perfect location for living just few steps to tourist attractions."
THE GATE HOTEL SAPPORO by HULIC
A stylish, upscale hotel with refined interiors, a strong design focus, and a central location near major city attractions.
The Royal Park Canvas Sapporo Odori Park
"We had a wonderful stay at The Royal Park Canvas Sapporo Odori Park. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, with easy access to Odori Park, shopping, restaurants, and public transport. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful.
