Sapporo Tokyu Rei Hotel ★★★★
"The hotel is located nearby Cocono Susukino malls. The room is clean and just the right size. The breakfast many varieties and delicious."
Hotel Emion Sapporo ★★★★
"The room is so comfortable, fully equipped with amenities. The cleaning is perfect, even though we didn’t ask them to clean every days (we stay for 4 nights). The public bath is superb for a hotel in city. If you like shopping, it might a little off the street, you have to walk a bit to the station but that’s not trouble us."
KOKO HOTEL Sapporo Susukino ★★★
"Place is close to city, easy to find and room is clean, worth going again! Also, coffee is good too."
SAPPORO STREAM HOTEL ★★★★★
A stylish and modern 4-star lifestyle hotel for travellers who want a chic stay with excellent access to transport, dining and entertainment.
the b sapporo ★★★
"The location of this hotel is excellent, being so close to the Susukino Metro station. You can walk to Nikka Whisky in just 5 minutes and Ganso Sapporo Ramen Yokocho in 10 minutes. The hotel is brand new, modern, and very clean. They even provide homemade cookies for guests, which are delicious!"
Odysis Sapporo Odori Koen Hotel ★★★
"A great experience overall. The room had three beds, and while not huge, it was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located in Odori 8-chome, perfect for a stroll right outside the door, and public transportation is easily accessible. Breakfast was a Western set meal; the freshly baked bread with butter was delicious, and it came with a plate of salad, making for a balanced and nutritious start to the day. The service was attentive."
Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Sapporo ★★★★
"Convenient nice hotel with a view!"
THE GATE HOTEL SAPPORO by HULIC ★★★★
A stylish, upscale hotel with refined interiors, a strong design focus, and a central location near major city attractions.
HOTEL MYSTAYS Sapporo Nakajima Park ★★★★
"The front desk staff were quite perfunctory, but the main issue was how incredibly spooky the hotel felt. I couldn't sleep in that room; I was genuinely scared. The room itself was also pretty dirty, dimly lit, and there wasn't even any water."

Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo
"The hotel is conveniently located near Sapporo Station, making access easy. All staff were friendly, welcoming, and able to communicate in English, which made my stay even more comfortable. I was delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to the premium floor, adding a joyful touch to my last night in Sapporo. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of selections, with most ingredients sourced from Japan and Hokkaido. I especially appreciated the unique option of sparkling wine in the morning. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit."
Sapporo Park Hotel
"I was a bit worried about the facilities being old after reading some reviews, but my recent stay was really satisfying, both in terms of the environment and the service. The breakfast was delicious too. Highly recommended!"
Hotel Sosei Sapporo - MGallery Collection
"Facilities are pretty new and in pristine conditions. The staff is professional and quite helpful. We also used the hotel parking with our rental car. The best part of the stay (and we would highly recommend trying) is the hotel breakfast buffet- great value for price! High quality food, great service and delightful variety."
Sapporo View Hotel Odori Park
"The Hotel location is about 7 mins walk to Odori Station Exit 1. The 'Streetcar' station was about 3 mins walk from the hotel. Super convenient. Walking distance to underground shopping mall. The hotel room was spacious about 28 sqm in view that most hotel in Japan is quite small. The breakfast spread was superb. Best in Sapporo. The hotel was very generous to provide FREE Hokkaido snacks with hot and cold drinks at Lounge Area from 3 pm to 9pm. Overrall our stay was excellent."
Hotel Monterey Edelhof Sapporo

La’gent Stay Sapporo Odori
"I stayed at this hotel for a week and unfortunately found it quite disappointing compared to many other hotels I have experienced in Japan. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. It is conveniently situated and makes it easy to explore the city. However, beyond the location, there is very little that stands out positively. The front desk service was the most disappointing aspect of my stay. The staff were generally unsmiling, unhelpful, and lacked the hospitality that Japan is famous for. Having stayed at numerous hotels across Japan, this was the first time I encountered such a cold and indifferent attitude. Even a simple request for a bottle of water during check-out was immediately rejected without any attempt to assist. The onsen was also underwhelming. The men’s and women’s baths rotate daily, which felt rather unusual. More importantly, it is essentially just a large hot bath rather than a true onsen experience. Compared to the excellent bathing facilities available at many other Japanese hotels, this was nothing special. Breakfast was excellent on the first day, with a good variety and quality. However, for guests staying several days, the menu becomes repetitive and boring as there is very little variation throughout the week. Another strange policy concerns room cleaning and bottled water. Rooms are only cleaned on alternate days, which is understandable from an environmental perspective. However, bottled water is only replenished on cleaning days. On non-cleaning days, guests must go down to the reception desk to collect water themselves. This seems unnecessarily inconvenient and not something I have experienced at other hotels in Japan. Considering the price charged, I believe there are many better hotel options available in the area. I would not rely solely on the glowing online recommendations, as my actual experience was far below expectations. While the location is excellent, the lack of service, average facilities, and inconvenient policies make it difficult for me to recommend this hotel."
Portom International Hokkaido
A luxury airport-side hotel featuring sophisticated interiors, art-inspired design, and a calm, premium stay experience.
Onsen Ryokan Yuen Sapporo
A highly rated, contemporary onsen-style ryokan hotel that blends the charm of a traditional Japanese inn with modern comfort.
Jozankei Onsen Yurakusoan
"The private hot spring in the room was warm water, but the wooden tub wasn't clean enough. The room facilities were very old, and the staff barely spoke English. They also clearly treated foreigners differently, which was very noticeable. There was basically no service; as I was traveling with family and had several pieces of luggage, they didn't even offer simple help with loading bags into the car. Not recommended."
The Knot Sapporo
"Excellent location, right next to Tanukikoji Shopping Street. The rooms are bright and clean, and the hotel staff are all very enthusiastic and patient. It was a great experience."
Hotel Resol Trinity Sapporo
"This hotel is incredibly close to the Odori subway station exits, with various lines nearby, just a 2-3 minute walk away. If you're someone who doesn't want to drag your luggage far, this place is perfect! And the biggest plus? There's an airport bus stop right in front of the hotel with direct service to New Chitose Airport 🚌. No need to squeeze onto the subway on your way back – it's a lifesaver for those with big luggage! It's also about a 6-8 minute walk to PARCO and Tanukikoji, making shopping and dining super convenient."
Sapporo Washington Hotel Plaza
"Very good. The room, though small, had everything I needed. I loved the free coffee dispenser and the ice machine on the 9th floor. The location is excellent, very close to JR, and there are 7-Eleven and Lawson convenience stores nearby."
Cross Hotel Sapporo
"Nice modern, clean, comfortable room. Just a little far from main shopping area but near clock tower."
