KOKO HOTEL Sapporo Susukino
"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, and check-in was quick. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with great amenities. The location was convenient for sightseeing and dining. Overall, excellent value for money—I’d happily return."

"Very satisfied, and the service attitude was great too."
Odysis Sapporo Odori Koen Hotel
"Very central location. Easy to get to shopping and food. Very close to Sapporo Tower. The room was very clean and there were many amenities provided. Nice large windows as well. The bed was very comfy."
Sapporo Washington Hotel Plaza
"Exceptional location. Excellent value for money. The hotel boasts a prime location right in the heart of Sapporo, just a three‑minute walk from the North East exit of JR Sapporo Station. Convenience stores are close by, making daily needs easy to manage. Rooms are compact — typical of Japanese standards — yet thoughtfully designed with comfortable beds, reliable high‑speed internet, and a smart TV. I especially appreciated the wooden flooring and efficient air conditioning, which added to the overall comfort. Amenities are practical and well‑organized. Tea and coffee sachets are available at reception, breakfast was delicious, and the staff consistently provided warm, helpful service throughout our 3‑night stay. For added convenience, the hotel offers a laundromat, ice machine, pants press, and microwave in the common area — all of which made our stay even smoother. In short: A superb choice for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and great value in Sapporo."
SAPPORO STREAM HOTEL
A stylish and modern 4-star lifestyle hotel for travellers who want a chic stay with excellent access to transport, dining and entertainment.
HOTEL MYSTAYS Sapporo Nakajima Park
"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel also offers a beautiful view of Nakajima Park, which looked especially stunning during the snowfall. I would recommend this hotel"
Mitsui Garden Hotel Sapporo West
"Daily room make up service. But I still found my cotton pad on the floor after one day. Quite big room. If it’s a rainy or snowy day, quite harsh to access to hotel from Sapporo station. Only 2 washing machines, one is in the men’s bath, one is in the women’s bath. Don’t expect u can get your turn for laundry."
Mitsui Garden Hotel Sapporo
"Wonderful hotel that was just refurbished in Feb 2026. Staff are responsive, helpful and polite. Amenities are top notch and the place was always incredibly clean. Rooms are massive by Japanese standards; decor and furnishings are well considered and we really appreciated that some lights were dimmable and there were ample electrical outlets scattered around the room. Location is exceptional with big malls and several conbinis all within a 10-min walk from the hotel, which is very conveniently located just 5 minutes from Sapporo station. Would definitely stay here again."

Hotel Sosei Sapporo - MGallery Collection
"We stayed 6 nights in Hotel Sosei Sapporo. It takes 10-12 minutes walk from Sapporo station, the hotel just located next to Sapporo Factory, a historical building which became a shopping mall. We satisfied with all the services provided by the hotel, including breakfast, welcome drinks, room service and reception. Most of the hotel staff can speak English, they are friendly and helpful. Definitely we will stay in this hotel again if visit Sapporo again."
FAV LUX Sapporo Susukino
"Sauna and onsen the best, not far from susukino"
Premier Hotel -Tsubaki- Sapporo

karaksa hotel Sapporo
"great hotel with great location, great room, everything was great in this hotel 🙏🏻"
Hotel Keihan Sapporo
"This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Incredible value for money! Even the hairdryer and showerhead are from ReFa! The room, though small, has everything you need. The service is unbelievably good! The front desk provides a free bottle of water per person each day, and you can grab toothbrushes, toothpaste, makeup remover, facial cleanser, lotion, combs, earplugs, coffee, and more from the first floor. There's also a free public bath on the second floor – perfect for a relaxing soak after skiing. It's directly across from Yodobashi, and there's a McDonald's and convenience store nearby. Plus, it's close to Sapporo Station!"
La’gent Stay Sapporo Odori
"The hotel is fairly well located if you are one who likes walking. Clean and accessible from the front and back entrances. Has good eateries around the area within a 30min walk. Attentive but direct staff. Overall a pleasant and accessible hotel! Thank you."
Jozankei Onsen Yurakusoan
"We stayed here for a night, & it was honestly really cosy & nice! It’s just a little out of the way but if you’re planning on winding down in a quieter area, here’s where you might like! Very clean & lovely~ We opted for ryokan dinner which was alright; breakfast was quite average too. However, other facilities were nice: onsen, tea time, ice-cream etc."
Granbell hotel Tanuki Sapporo
"The hotel is quite clean the only bad was the car park..the car park was small and always full..even no full also very expensive for the parking fee..outside carpark cheaper.."
Onsen Ryokan Yuen Sapporo
A highly rated, contemporary onsen-style ryokan hotel that blends the charm of a traditional Japanese inn with modern comfort.
The Royal Park Canvas Sapporo Odori Park
"The room was tiny. After barely managing to open two large suitcases, my kid had to jump over the beds just to move around. Check-in was self-service, so I can't really comment on the staff's service. I'd recommend skipping the breakfast here; there are plenty of cafes nearby, three within a two to three-minute walk. The hotel's breakfast wasn't great, we tried it once and gave up. You can see the TV Tower right from the window, there's a subway station downstairs, and convenience stores are a three to five-minute walk away. Next door is a bakery with pretty good bread. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Sapporo JR station, which makes it convenient for shopping. Overall, the value for money was just okay."
Smile Hotel Premium Sapporo Susukino
"One of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in Japan. Just be very very careful in pinning the map. We were brought miles away from Sapporo in the middle night and nowhere to seek help. We reached the hotel at dawn already, tired and weak, scared. It was a terrible experience but the hotel is good. We got no help from the staff. The view from the hotel is perfect. Everything is nearby the hotel."
KOKO HOTEL Sapporo Ekimae
"The Good: - right on top of the underground links to many shopping areas. - walking distance to subway. - many restaurants nearby. Service staffs are friendly & helpful. The Bad: - room a bit small but expected. - bathroom & toilet have a high steps up. Very dangerous for elderly coming out of the bathroom as the step down is quite big."
Hotel Relief Sapporo Susukino
"I was satisfied while i stayed in this hotel . Staffs with very good service, nice breakfast and free flow snacks and drinks. Recommended !!!"
