We got to our room and there was poop stains all over toilet. Made us not want to stay. However with lack of refund we stayed.

We had a great stay! The beds were firmer than we’re used to but overall it was very nice! Would definitely recommend & we’ll gladly stay here again the next time we’re in the area!

Loved this place, convenient to the expressway and only a two-mile drive to downtown. The staff was excellent! Didn't have a chance to use the breakfast bar but the food looked good! I highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed a very nice stay at the Best Western. The convenience of the shuttle bus to and from the ****** was advantageous. Would recommend staying here.

Pleasant staff, clean, comfortable, secure. Enjoyed the pool & sauna. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. We would stay here again.

Front desk staff were helpful. Breakfast was good, staff for breakfast was outstanding.
Beds were terrible uncomfortable. Hair (not ours) in the tub and sink. Worst toilet paper in the world and I have been all over the world.
Never, ever stay here over October weekends, the hotel was full of little noisy hockey players who ran the halls till late at night.

We had a lovely one night stay in Sault St Marie. The hotel is attractive and our room spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast had a variety of options which was great, though a gluten free bread offering would have made it even better! All the staff were pleasant and friendly.

Carpet in room was dirty/gross. Shower curtain rod was ready to fall off wall. Fireplace was unexpected but didn't work anyway. Beds had some sort of noisy mattress protector that made lots of noise when you moved. The whole place needs updating. Should be better for the cost. Probably won't stay here again.
