Property was clean and check in staff were freindly and professional. I like the fact that it's a 24 hr. front desk.

Not accessible even tho the ad said so Parking lot not available - under construction Vagrant sitting beside vending machine Charged deposit then did not refund so had to dispute charges thru bank Unable to lock outside door so could not use Staff unfriendly

this did not even look like a hotel, it looked like an old factory, no signage, never anyone at front desk. very poor quality

the property is being renovated and they are doing a good job, room decor is nice, staff is friendly.... lets go back to a hot breakfast rather than the bag grab and go.

They are renovating the property but the hotel really needs an upgrade outside and the location is not ideal The room was clean and comfortable and staff was friendly

I was worried about staying here after reading all the negative reviews but I was simply surprised how clean and comfortable the suites are. Staff are friendly and hassle free check in and out. They also give out bf bags which were perfect for the agaves train tours. I’ll definitely stay again if I visit The Soo.

We stayed here twice on a trip out west and return. Both times the room only had 1 chair to sit on ( reserved room for 2 travelers). Night 1 - The TV had no instructions on how to work it, The cupboard doors did not fit well. The Grab'n'Go breakfast is not up to the standards of competing hotels in the area. I do not care for yogurt or the bran muffins . That left me with a granola bar a juice box and a croissant. Night 2 - The manager after the 1 night had changed my room reservation from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor, Thank you very much. When we got to our room (2 travelers) again 1 chair, towels for 1 person, the outside back window was unlocked, the outside back door was unlocked, it took a good 5 minutes in the morning to get hot water. I noted this to the manager upon check-out. We will not be staying at this facility again on our future trips through the Soo.

The entrance to the property looks like an abandoned building. It took me time to locate the door into the property. Upon entry the front office staff was welcoming. The carpet on the corridor needs to be replaced..There is no dining at the place and breakfast is in a small brown bag. My room was opposite the housekeeping room which I could hear opening and closing loudly through the night and constant chatter of the staff or people in and out. For the budget visitor it's an average place
