We called while driving from Madrid to Salamanca. We were going to drive past Salamanca to the spa, but the person working at the spa told us that we could come in later and it shouldn't be a problem for us to go to the spa even late at night. So we stopped in Salamanca and spent 4 hours there thinking that there was no need to rush. When we arrived, we were told that there was no availability that night and none the next day except at 8 am. And so we were stuck in the middle of nowhere with her three kids and nothing to do except sit in our hotel rooms. Oh and yeah about that relaxing night, while we have to set an alarm for 7 so that we can actually go to the spa in the morning. So not only do we miss out on going to the spa followed by a good night of sleep, but we actually have to wake up earlier than we would if we want to go to the spa at all. Funk dat

Perdido de la mano de Dios, en el páramo zamorano, resulta un lugar ideal para descansar y relaj****. Es un balneario pequeñito, tanto el circuito como el propio balneario, pero esto le da un plus de trato personal y de lugar tranquilo. Solamente nos alojamos y usamos el circuito, no comimos allí. La habitación calentita, agradable y bastante amplia, muy bien de limpieza. El circuito es pequeño, pero te lo cierran para ti si vas tres personas (te deja la piel genial el agua sulfurosa). Estuve alojado primera semana de septiembre 2023 Único inconveniente que se encuentra un poco alejado de la población más cercana, aunque no se si este detalle le dota de una especial virtud, inmerso en un ambiente natural, rodeado de naturaleza y nidos de cigüeña. Excelente estancia, trato familiar, lugar tranquilo, buena zona de baños, te cargas de energía, soy repetidor, tercera vez que utilizo dichos servicios y apetece repetir la experiencia.

Limpio, menú con vino de la casa 18 euros, en medio del campo y cerca de un monumento megalítico. Vacas, ovejas, cigüeñas, ranas por todos los lados. El balneario no lo probamos, solo comimos y dormimos. Habitaciones normales y limpias.

Nuestra experiencia en el balneario ha sido inmejorable (3 matrimonios de hermanos). Recomendado por un matrimonio que lleva 15 años yendo. Nos hemos sentido muy bien atendidos. Los menús variados, cantidad la que quisieras: lentejas, cocido, la empanada riquísima... El desayuno, fabuloso. Con muchos productos. Las aguas del balneario nos han venido genial para el dolor de rodillas y manos. Son aguas sulfurosas y huelen a lo que tienen que oler. Sin duda, volveremos pronto. Muchas gracias a Pilar, Marta, Sandra y Clemen.

El día que llegamos al Balneario, una hora después de que hubiera empezado el horario de check in, nos dieron la habitación y cuando subimos, nos encontramos que estaban aún limpiando y preparando la habitación por lo cual tuvimos que esperar. Si alguien nos hubiera avisado, pues lo podíamos haber entendido pero no había prácticamente gente alojada y la organización nos pareció pésima. Las paredes de la habitación son prácticamente de papel por lo que se oye todo, de una forma exagerada. Fuimos con un Smartbox que nos incluía la cena y la verdad que la comida fue bastante decepcionante también. Comimos bastante mejor y con más calidad el menú del día en el restaurante del pueblo. Por lo menos, el agua del spa te deja la piel estupenda, pero al contener azufre hay que tener en cuenta que huele como a huevo podrido y el circuito es muy chiquitito.

Fuimos con una estancia SMARTBOX, ésto incluia entre otras cosas "una cena compuesta por entrante, plato principal, postre y copa de vino o cerveza". Pues las cervezas nos las cobró, yo no voy a discutir por 6 € pero me parece indecente pring**** en esto. Tampoco figura escrito en ninguna parte el precio ni los componentes del menú para la comida, el resultado es que lo que te dice la recepcionista no coincide con lo que te ofrecen en el comedor y 18 € no es ninguna ganga, además te cobran aparte la cervezaaaaaaaaaa. Al menos el camarero es una persona muy agradable y cumplidora. No volveremos por allí y le haré la publicidad que se merece.

El trato familiar, acogedor. Todo el personal es super amable, estas como en tu casa. El balneario es muy pequeñito sin mucha variedad . Pero el agua es estupenda. Comida casera, y el edificio es como una casa rural. Me ha gustado bastante la verdad.
