Had difficult time checking in.Their policies were NOT posted on the website when booking and Front desk was nice enough but not eager to be helpful. Took an hour to finally get into room at 10pm tired from traveling. Room was smelly and very old and dated. But was not expecting much from a beach motel either.

This is my first time staying at the Seabrook Inns. The check-in process went very smoothly. The clerk was very helpful in answering my questions. Even though it's winter, the property seems as though it would be especially fun in the summer. Right down the street there are Restaurants and Shopping Centers for anything you may need. My stay has been very pleasant and relaxing.

We arrived early and had no where to go, not being from anywhere near here. The place looked empty with only one person and three cars that we could see. There was NO effort at all to see if there was any way to help us out other than come back in 3 hrs and 45 mins. Poor service, but they didn't have any problem taking our money for nothing other than not coming back for the night. Tried to cancel while we where there but to no avail. We just carried on down the road and stayed at another motel that was far more understanding. We will NOT BE BACK HERE.

The property was of an older style. On night 1 I couldn't get the wall heater by the window to turn on, so the room was a little chilly, but when I woke up, I realized that there was apparently a second source of heat which utilized a wall thermostat.

The room was dirty with stains on the bedding and it smelled like smoke. The walls were thin so we could hear people in the rooms next door. In addition, there were construction vehicles next to the property that were loud and made it hard to sleep.

Rooms were in disrepair, carpets old and stained. Rooms had very old smell as well as cigarette smells in non smoking room

This is an older motel that is lacking outlets in the room for the amount of electronic devices most people carry.
The breakfast is limited with just cereal, bread, and bagels, nothing hot to eat.
The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. It was quiet enough to sleep without too much outside noise.

What was unique was I slept the first night and kept smelling urine. Thought it was in the carpet. Found in the morning the mattress pad had several old urine stains on it. When I complained, the front desk guy denied I had a mattress pad so I brought it into the lobby to show him all the urine stains. He then handed me a small mattress pad to make my own bed. He argued that it would fit and I told him I needed a king size
