Kathy was great for check in. Clean and comfortable with a great view and easy walk to main area. Outside may discourage you but it is great!

The checkin took forever even tho we had paid in advance. They also wanted a credit card again for incidentals, but at this hotel there was nothing extra, no incidentals.The room was great and yes you need to be aware of all the people walking by and peering in, but it was worth the viewand the night we stayed.

Office staff were great!
Cute motel with a very short and easy walk to the activities in town.
Our only issue is that anybody walking along the promenade can see directly into the downstairs rooms. We prefer our blinds open and it was awkward making eye contact with passersby. We’ll book a room upstairs next time for this reason and a better view of the ocean.
However, this place is still a gem. 💎

Staying at the Oceanfront was a great experience! Every inch of the room was clean and kept up! Wife enjoyed the views from the room when the weather wouldn’t cooperate.

Upstairs room was the ticket. Sweet view and hearing the ocean all night was what the doctor ordered. Great check in. Lance was top notch. Nice bed. Big tv. Has all the essentials. Walkable to all the restaurants and bars. Two thumbs up.

The decor is really cute, and you can't beat the location!
It's not the quietest, because it's right on the boardwalk, but we wanted to be near the action, so it was great.

Rooms are nice, clean, and recently refurbished. Location is great, but the view from the single queen oceanfront room is not as advertised. The listing for this room type has a photo with an unobstructed ocean view. However, that photo must have been taken from either the corner room on the first floor or a room on the second floor, both of which have a higher price. There's a sand dune that extends almost to the south end of the property, severely impeding the ocean view from almost all of the rooms on the first floor. This should be reflected more accurately in the description and photos for the single queen "oceanfront" room type.

The staff were kind and ready to help. I enjoyed the time I spent at this property, great access to the downtown and to the beach.
