Remote paradise on the other side of the island, and an amazing bungalows away from day to day busy life. The offered an amazing breakfast daily & many things to do.. like a remote beach where 15-25 boats arrive during the day to enjoy as well, but it never seemed crowded. They had kayak & snorkeling available. The owner was great to ask for feedback as they are implementing more things to resort. Thank You Pak Hasan, Mahli, Pino, Desi, Rizal, Jalal, Amin and Anti… 5 Star Service from each of you. I would say they could improve the driveway entrance & Lombok needs to improve roads for visitors (in general). I’m sure this will happen over time. It was worth the bumps & rocky road to enjoy the disconnect. The owner is also bringing in more food variety to the lunch & dinners. If you want to see Monkeys there are a ton of them.. non-aggressive by the private beach 10 minutes away. Overall it’s a winner if you want beauty & peace & quiet…. Like a couples & honeymoon spot. I was solo & I loved it and my off the grid time.

The environment is very good. There is no mobile signal, so you can be isolated from the world. The wifi signal depends on your mood, and it is good most of the time. However, the service process needs to be improved. After ordering lunch, I received a call from the airline company saying that the flight was four hours earlier in the evening and asked to cancel the lunch order or pack it up. As a result, I was told that I couldn’t cancel it. In the end, I couldn’t pack it up because there was no fast food box, so I had to give up. In this matter, the hotel only collected money and didn’t deal with the aftermath. This shows that the hotel process is not perfect.

Beautifully designed luxurious bungalows right on the beach. The beach is stunning but very isolated but the Jeeva team offer various fun excursions. Lee and Pinot were exceptional! Nothing was too much trouble and they made our time there so much fun with lots of local information and always such good humour! Rizal also was great and very informative on our drive to central Lombok.

This truly feels like a hidden paradise, with one of the best private beaches on Lombok. Despite occasional power outages due to limited electricity, the staff here go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They provide warm and friendly service, creating a comfortable, home-like experience. Special thanks to Mahli and Roni, who assisted us like friends, making us feel truly welcomed and at home.

We spent 3 nights at the Beach Camp together with the family. As it is indeed a Camp directly in the nature, we were not surprized to see different kind of little animals. Nature and Location is really great! The hospitality of the staff was extraordinary, very supportive, helpful and with a great personal touch! They are really giving their best! BUT: Be careful, the Website does absolutely not reflect reality! Unfortunately, it seems that there is no support from the ownership at all, no visible investments since years. Infrastructure is in poor condition, with a lot of breakdowns (i.e. warm water supply, electricity, "SPA" not existing, resp. an abandoned construction site). The staff is trying their best to overcome the issues, but the problems are too substantial. As you are bound to the Camp's restaurant, unfortunately the menu doesn't show a lot of variety. Quality is ok, but far away from what is promised on the website (frozen goods vs ''fresh and daily locally sourced''). All in all, unfortunately, not worth the price at all, and without immediate major renovation work and financial investments, it will be difficult for them to survive and attract guests again.

We had such a wonderful time at this place and can not recommend it more. Your own Beach visibly from the bed!! The manager Riadi even helped us Outside of our stay. There is a restaurant for daily meals and activites like snorkeling and biking. Everything else is enjoying yourselfes which should be easy there :) Would love to come back

Let's start with the fact that I was initially hesitant to leave even a review for Jeeva Beloam as it seemed like they were genuinely concerned about addressing the issues I faced and reported. However, their subsequent disappearing act has left me with no choice but to warn others about my experience. Throughout my stay, I encountered numerous issues including RODENTS in the room, Food Poisoning from the restaurant, and a malfunctioning air conditioning system. Despite assurances of a refund and numerous follow-ups over the past five months, I have received no response after providing my bank details via email. It's incredibly disappointing that they have failed to uphold basic standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service. Until they demonstrate a genuine commitment to rectifying these issues and improving their communication with guests, I cannot in good conscience recommend this resort to anyone. I can also see that many people before me complained about this issues on tripadvisor, such a shame I only checked google reviews before booking a very expensive (and terrible) stay.

I think there are few places to be discovered these days where you can experience authenticity in its pure state - here at Beloam, you are truly in Lombok. Not an altered tourist-friendly Lombok but a raw, beautiful, unmodernised spot. Beloam Beach camp provides you with the luxuries you need in order to sleep, wash and eat well - it is really beautifully done - the beds and style of the beach houses are impeccable. There is zero noise apart from the sound of the ocean - there is zero light pollution; the stars are insane. There is limited access to WIFI and the generator provides electricity at certain periods of the day. The hot water is questionable but ample. The staff are pure joy - attentive and proud, smiley and sweet - they literally will try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The food options are great if you are happy with spicy and local - this place is not really designed for children and therefore the menu can be a little difficult for a longer stay if you have fussy eaters. Eggs/pancakes/white bread are available but this can be a bit boring after 5 days of breakfast, lunch and dinner. There really is no alternative eating spot within an hour (by motorbike) of the camp. I would suggest that 4 nights is long enough here - we were so excited to explore the local area but it is so remote that I think you can do all you are capable of doing in 3 whole days before you would have to sleep in a different spot. We saw bat cave, Japanese cannon, watched sunrise from the view point, snorkelled on pristine undamaged corals, trekked to look-out points, discovered totally isolated and ruggedly raw white-sand beaches and made a lot of meaningful connections with locals who were friendly and curious about us - it is a quiet and deeply traditional muslim community - the sight of westerners in their bikinis was clearly a spectacle for some of the villagers and the local children where fascinated by our kids. I did feel self-conscious at times of my i-phone and jewellery, my pink bikini and holiday nails (!) but not in an unsafe way - more in the respect that this is not for 'holiday' makers but more for 'travellers'. If you go with that in mind, I think I would have made a few different choices in my wardrobe and my accessories. A long-sleeved top for bathing in the water for example when with locals on the beach. As part of a trip with many different stops including instagrammable places in Bali - I had not necessarily prepared for this more authentic part of our trip. It turns out that this was the most magical in so many ways. I cried when we left. I really felt like this was a unique spot and so undiscovered for 2023. I hope the readers of this review will take this on board - and not try to alter this authentic place. Bon voyage!
