I highly recommend this to backpackers going to Selcuk! I thought it was quite expensive for a 12-person dormitory, but when I went (April), only 3 people used it, so it was spacious, and there were no shortcomings as a place to stay. (It wasn't hot, humid, or smelly.) Compared to other accommodations, I think it's the most reasonable choice, and the owner, who looks blunt, kindly explains all the tourist courses in Selcuk in detail, contrary to his expression. There are Ephesus guidebooks translated into various languages, and there's also a Korean translation, so you can enjoy it to some extent with the book even without a separate guide.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the museum and the ancient city. There are also many restaurants and small supermarkets nearby. The room is spacious and clean. The price is not expensive. However, I only saw the landlord once in three days from check-in to check-out. No one cleaned the house. The toilet was broken, which I fixed myself. There was no hot water in the bathroom at first, but warm water was available later, but the shower was broken again, so I had to squat to take a shower.

This is a nice B&B, simple, quaint and comfortable. I booked a single room. I came to Ephesus in early winter, and the weather was rainy and slightly cold. The air-conditioning in the room was very warm. After taking a shower and wrapping myself in the quilt, I listened to the strong wind outside the window and the swaying shadows of the trees projected on the curtains. Suddenly, I felt the romance and sadness of a lone traveler.
The hotel is located a little over a kilometer away from the south gate of the ancient city of Ephesus, a 40-minute walk. It is also very close to the bus terminal in Selcuk. There are many restaurants nearby, and transportation is very convenient for dining.
The boss speaks the best English among all the Turks I met along the way. He was very enthusiastic in providing me with travel tips and planning a reasonable itinerary. The boss's daughter is very cute. In the morning, she makes coffee, fries eggs and prepares breakfast for me. The B&B run by a family is quite stylish, or rather, Selçuk has a special style. The streetscapes, the buildings, the atmosphere, they no longer feel Asian.

The beds are in the basement. The waiters don't speak Chinese. The hotel also marked the Chinese courtesy. It's a scam for Chinese people. Everyone has to use Ctrip to book because if you don't book and pay in advance, the hotel will add a fee. The restaurant next door does serve Chinese food.
