"We love that the location is very convenient, close to restaurants, shops around and if you happen to go kn Saturday, you will have the time to enjoy the local market happening every Saturday morning to evening. Everything at the market was reasonably priced. When we arrived, the room was iced cold for a good few hours and unfortunately it didn’t get warmer so we contacted the receptionist and they assisted us right away. Although the room wasn’t so spacious, but we had a comfortable stay here. The receptionist (a man), we dont know his name but he can communicate in English, very friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back! We love Selcuk."

Above excellent charm, ambience, terrace views, breakfast and what we would call our own private “sitooterie”. Only minor gripe was wine prices, which we avoided. Would thoroughly reccomend."

He also had a very neat rock collection and I learnt something about the local geology."

"This was our first family trip with our 16-month-old baby and also our first holiday after 3 years. Our last trip was to Jungle Aqua Hurghada, so we were really looking forward to this one. We stayed at Aqua Park and booked through Trip.com for 2 adults and 1 infant. However, on arrival the reception staff embarrassed us by saying, in front of other guests, that we had only booked for 2 adults and not for 3 people. I showed them my booking confirmation clearly stating 2 adults and 1 child. After speaking to someone else, the receptionist simply said “okay fine” with no apology or explanation for the misunderstanding. We were then given a room at the very end of the corridor, far from the lift, despite them clearly seeing we had a baby with us. Another issue was the confusion around the “Ultra All Inclusive” package. We were told snacks and drinks were not included and that we would have to pay extra. We were also told we could not eat anywhere except the main restaurant, which only had around 4 dishes available on the first day. Whenever we asked questions at reception, the staff were not helpful and just kept saying “no, no, no” without properly explaining anything. After I contacted Trip.com and complained, things improved slightly, possibly after they spoke with the hotel. But I was still charged almost £90 extra for my 16-month-old baby’s stay, which made no sense to me. By the third day, the food situation became better, but then the bathroom started leaking. We called reception and they temporarily fixed the flush, but it leaked again afterwards. Since we only had 2 days left of our 6-day trip, we didn’t bother reporting it again. Overall, this holiday was mentally exhausting rather than relaxing. We came back feeling stressed instead of refreshed. Unfortunately, due to the poor communication, lack of customer service, and overall chaos during our stay, I would not book this hotel again Location and views of this hotel is extremely recommended but services letting it down. Hope things get better for others."

"We've just returned from a week at the Palm Wings Ephesus resort. This was our first all-inclusive holiday so we didn't really know what to expect. The hotel seemed fairly modern with a very open and spacious feeling. We had booked a family room with swim up pool, which was well worth the small additional cost we paid. The rooms were a good size, although would have benefited from additional indoor seating. The bathroom had a huge walk-in shower which was great. The hotel faces onto the beach and it was only a few minutes walk from our room. The biggest issue at the beach was the amount of cigarette butts left everywhere. Smoking in Turkey is really common and it felt like every guest, bar us, was constantly smoking. The pools and waterpark were well maintained and the site was really well kept. Immaculate grass areas and plants. The hotel was loud though. During the day there was constant bassy music from the activities pool, and most of the evening entertainment ran from 9:30pm to midnight. If you were tired you just had to wait until it stopped. Unfortunately some of the guests would come home late and make a lot of noise. The restaurant was good, a wide range of choices, but a lot of them were quite watery. My kids are a bit fussy and lived off the chicken goujons and fries (they were amazing). The restaurant did get busy and not all guests are accustomed to queuing, be ready to get your elbows out and protect your personal space. Having only ever been self-catering before this was a bit of a shock. Unfortunately I contracted a stomach bug whilst at the resort. The resort was very popular with Turkish, German and Russian guests, there weren't many other British guests. The staff were amazing, really attentive and helpful, remembering our names and genuinely seeming to care. Tipping was almost expected though so bear that in mind. Finally on the subject of service, Kelly, the in-house guest relations lady was brilliant. Answered any questions we had, sorted out minor problems, and helped get me some over the counter type meds when I became ill. She really helped make the holiday great."

"Hello. I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone. He's wonderful at everything. The very polite and friendly owner Bura and his lovely children greeted us like family. Our company consisted only of girls, and Bura himself carried our suitcases to the room. They immediately settled us in, despite the fact that we arrived earlier. The rooms are spacious, clean and cozy. Each room has a sink in the national style, we were shaved and told where to go and what to see. I have always been interested in our business and mood. It was nice. The breakfasts at the hotel are excellent, fresh and very tasty. Cafes, restaurants, shops are located 100-200 meters from the hotel. But the most important thing is the Basilica of St. John and the Temple of Artemis, which are within walking distance. We fell in love with this hotel. And we will definitely come back here."

Isabey Camii and Basilica of St John are within walking distance from this hotel. The famous Ephesus Archaeological Site is just 5 minutes drive using a local bus. The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable with clean bedsheets. Two bottles of mineral water are provided daily. A good breakfast is provided including boiled egg, cheese, steamed potato, bread, fruit juice, tea, etc. The environment is quiet and peaceful, it is enjoyable to stay here."

"We stayed here for several days with our family and friends at the end of August, and the best way I can describe this place is simply: a little paradise in the mountains. There is something very special about the atmosphere here. Beautiful mountains, incredible views, peace and quiet, fresh air, a lovely swimming pool - you immediately slow down and start enjoying the simple things. One of my favorite memories is picking fresh figs straight from the trees and eating them right there. Such a small thing, but somehow it perfectly describes the feeling of this place. The staff were absolutely wonderful - incredibly warm, attentive and genuinely hospitable. We felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. Whatever we asked for, they always tried to make it happen. It never felt formal or forced; it felt as though everyone genuinely wanted us to be happy and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious, and having breakfast surrounded by those beautiful views was a pleasure in itself. The location is also very convenient. Şirince, with its charming little streets, restaurants and atmosphere, is only about 5–10 minutes away by car. Selçuk is also easily accessible, so during the day you can explore the many historical sites in the area, visit Ephesus, have dinner in town, and then return to the peace and beauty of the mountains. And I think the end of August and beginning of September is a wonderful time to stay here. The days were warm and very comfortable for spending time outside, while the evenings and nights were pleasantly cool. We came for a few days and left with such warm memories of this place and the people who took care of us. Beautiful nature, wonderful views, delicious breakfasts, genuine hospitality and that rare feeling of complete peace. I would very happily come back again. Thank you for making our stay so special!"

"This hotel is a yoga retreat by name and it does seem to offer a lot of it. But for us it was a real treat, not only a retreat. Dinner was nice on the terrace overlooking olive trees and the valley. The pool is huge and also with a great view. Breakfast was fantastic and all staff extremely friendly. We look forward to be back. Caution: It does take a fairly long drive on a dirt road to arrive- but then you are all by yourself surrounded by nature."

"My wife and I made the mistake of booking the hotel without doing much research, but even if I said 1 out of 10, even 1 point would be a luxury. You can come if you accept sleeping in a coffin-like room with insects and ants. They have two dogs in the garden and unfortunately they are zero in terms of controlling them. You can neither eat comfortably nor sleep. The shower part is the same... forget about the toilet part while taking a shower because it floods. Fortunately, it is a place where we tried to calm ourselves down because the water was running hot. It was a hotel that we left hungry and sleepless with our own money. We have stayed in many hostels so far, but this was on a different level. It was scary!! Tourism certificates should definitely not be given to everyone."

"First of all, it's run by a couple, one working at the museum and the other a financial consultant, both incredibly sweet. The gentleman was even kind enough to pick us up in his car. The rooms are very nice, most with fireplaces. It's located in the center. The best part is that it has a terrace where all guests can spend time whenever they wish. If you want, you can go and get your own wine, it doesn't matter, they even have wine glasses ready, and they also offer complimentary coffee and tea. And of course, it's more affordable and of higher quality than most guesthouses. I even saw people in that village trying to put us in one room and give another room to someone else. Book without hesitation. The only disadvantage is that it's on a slight incline, and you'll see that everything is hilly when you explore the village, but it didn't bother us."
