Aqua Fantasy Aquapark Hotel & Spa - Ultra All Inclusive

All thing(Foods,location,Rooms,Pools,Area,leisure Activities,...) was Great. Personels are very Nice, Cool, Warm welcoming, Responsibile,... Mrs.Pari in guest relations department was really Great in guiding us and helping us to manage our problems and showed around the Hotel and put a great effort to have enjoyed time here . We really appreciate her .

We had an improved room with 2 TVs and inside door between two sections: adult and kids zones. Our daughter liked animation team most of all. Kids club playing Indians and mini discos of cause. It’s past a few months she still sing those songs.., thanks to Sam, Lena and Mira who made our holiday really beautiful. Aqua Park is awesome , most of attractions are for teens and above. Some of the rides were turned off. The Aqua park is open from 10 but water is turned on a bit later. And it’s open till 5pm. There is an ice cream spot in Aqua park which had better choices that ice cream at the hotel but for a little extra. Food variety is good, everything is fresh, there are some queues by meat lovers for some delicious plates. Thanks God, I am vegan :) Any way, food was good, lots of deserts and fruits and I’ve got +2kg after this vacation. WiFi was good overall, sometimes in the room it was a signal loss but we had a room furthest from reception, almost on the beach, so it’s ok. Any way, in public zones near reception, or at the pool Wi-Fi was fine and I was able to work online. The best coffee at the reception bar, there is s normal coffee machine there, not only Nespresso like … SPA was fine, good value for the money. Bali massage is done by Balinese girl. Lunch at the open space is nice, lots of grilled veggies and meats available. Unfortunately, there were lots of flies too. Chinese restaurant was really fine, large portions and delicious. Indoor pool is open only when it’s raining outside. Cocktails at bars are from local brands, no fresh juices on the menu. The bottled water in room is much better than at the bars. The water in the sea is not transparent but it has some spark like sands which is shining like a glitter. The entry is shallow long enough which suites for kids well. Taxi to the city costs 10 euros. Overall good experience, excellent for families with kids especially teens (lots of rides suites them, and it’s free for hotel guests). Adult pool is almost not visited, so you can be alone even at busy season.

Fantastic hotel, best holiday I've been on. The staff are brilliant, friendly and very helpful. The entertainment team are the best I've experienced especially lena she was our favourite and got us involved in every activity available and you could really see they enjoy what they do.

Very disappointed in this hotel, the hotel it’s self is very clean and nice looking however the Aqua park does not suit all ages & We would never return here. - ants in the room with staff not able to do a good clean after room treatment -the attitude of the reception staff & cleaners are terrible (they will tell you the room is finished when there is clearly dirt and hair on the floor as it had not been cleaned) - Rooms do not have childproof locks so very easy access to the balcony as the children’s rooms are attached to balcony -The entertainment isn’t very good (apart from beach party) and if you have small children it starts too late - Aqua park looked good we didn’t get to experience it due to them not advertising the height restrictions they say it’s 1.2m but here in the Uk my son gets on all 1.2m rides (he’s 6) and couldn’t use it so was very upset. Also not all rides operate at this time of year even though they sat until October 31st. - food is shocking! For a 5* I had expectations not high I’m not fussy but unless your happy with chips chips and chips then your good. - breakfast finishes 9.30 so if you are from the UK and getting use to the 2 hour time difference you miss breakfast and what’s left at late breakfast is terrible. - never thought I’d say this but far to much alcohol in one drink over half and not enjoyable didnt find the perfect holiday drink - Ice cream is not available all day only between 2pm- 4pm & 7pm-9pm no slush or anything like that - the al a carte Italian is not worth the booking promise the all inclusive is better.. and that’s saying something - don’t offend the staff about the hotel they will call the police - the pools are ICE cold, the sea is warmer - The pool entertainment at this time of year isn’t anything good either. - the beach isn’t picturesque nor is it clear you can’t use anything to look under the water as it’s volcanic ash beach & smells foul - you cannot walk out anywhere out the complex as it’s remote with nothing around - The shop has very little snacks etc to purchase and the snack bar that is 00:00 is terrible I did raise this complaint as stale bread and cold pasta did not go down well - town is 15 mins in a taxi personally didn’t like the yacca restaurant that you can eat in for a free taxi there and back. - very expensive take a lot of spending money we spent over £1200 in one week - does not smell nice smells like sewage - long transfer times & will rip you off in the Turkish airport if they think they can get away with it. - coach transfer had over booked by 6 people so had children illegally on knees without seatbelts - Side note - IF you have to go to the local hospital make sure you have insurance! There is an on-site dr room with a lady who calls the doctor and you speak to him that way we where transferred into hospital via private transfer which was great however we did end up blue lighted from there to a hospital which is 45 minutes away. The best place ever, come back twice a year. Hotel is spotless, staff clean constantly. Restaurant manager is amazing. Children entertainer Mira is just amazing with the children they all love her, mert team leader is fantastic made us laugh literally all day long everyday. Sam was in children’s entertainment last year my boys adored him and now in entertainment team fantastic addition to the team. And finally Ergin what a special special person, has become a family friend, so professional and kind nothing is too much for him, Aqua are very lucky to have him work here literally the reason we keep coming back. Would like to say we are missing ocktay this year sad he has gone. Thankyou all at Aqua see you in October……

Great hotel very comfortable bed mini fridge stocked up every other day, all staff very very friendly, kind, always there to help always have a smile, make the best cocktails, lots for kids to do swimming pools, games room require transport to town there to ring taxis for you best 5* I have ever been to grounds kept very clean the private beach is amazing and beautiful with a long pier to walk down. Best holiday we have had. Food amazing, also has its own little l market.

My second visit to this hotel.It's a little quiet this season.everbody is friendly and helpful. Especially the entertainment team, elif, mert. Every day you always get a good morning, sat by the pool and they come to see if your ok. Karaoke in Irish bar along with quiz night ,bingo. Hotel is great and is always kept clean. My room is very comfortable. Food is good and something different every day if you want it. Hoping to come back again next year.

The animation team is so good aspeccially ergin. The pool is good quallity and the food is also very good. We are coming back again this year for the waterpark . Also the party’s at the beach are good and there is good music at the irish bar. Best hotel!
