This time, I was pleasantly surprised by the free trip to Semporna. I was very satisfied with the Jelly Seawater House. 1. The room is very large, the bathroom is the desired dry and wet separation, and the terrace door opens to an unobstructed sea view. 2. The room terrace can go directly into the sea, which is very comfortable. The water quality is really good, just like the name of the resort, Jelly Sea. 3. The snorkeling and equipment in the resort are also free, and the glass boat and sea fishing are also free (but I didn't try sea fishing because I didn't like it). This is more humane than Kapalai where I stayed the night before. Kapalai has to charge extra for all these. 4. When we checked in, the hotel owner received us, very enthusiastic, and he spoke Chinese, so communication was convenient, and everyone can rest assured to stay here

The deluxe room we booked is already very large, with dry and wet separation. We chose this hotel because the room is beautiful and you can go directly to the sea. When booking, I specifically consulted the hotel. The hotel provides free snorkeling and sea fishing, and equipment is also provided (I didn't expect this before, because I stayed in the water house in Mabu Island, and snorkeling equipment and other things are charged extra). This is very humane, and the room rate is much cheaper than there. It is highly recommended to come to Semporna to experience the Jelly Sea in the water house.

The water in the Jelly Seawater House is very clear and the scenery is beautiful. You can go directly into the water and take photos at will. The local staff are also very nice. You can sing, dance, and swim with them. The atmosphere is better. The Jelly Seawater House is very suitable for young people.

I did a lot of research before going there, and finally chose this newly opened Jelly Sea House! After taking a boat for more than 20 minutes, the scenery was beyond my imagination! The overall facilities of the water house are good, there is a large activity area, the room balcony is beyond the white net bag, you can also go directly down the stairs to snorkel, snorkeling equipment is also provided free of charge, the water house also provides free sea fishing tools, great👍 As soon as you open your eyes and open the curtains, you can see the jelly sea, lie on the lounge chair to watch the sunrise and sunset, sleep in the net bag at night, blow the sea breeze and watch the stars, super empty! My girlfriend is so happy, no matter how she takes the picture, it will come out well By the way, the housekeeper is Chinese, praise, the service is very considerate, and there is no barrier to communication😆

Except for the better location and the direct access to the water in the room, the food is really bad and the cost performance is really not high! Breakfast is three kinds of fried noodles, and the coffee is packaged, and you have to make it yourself, and there is not enough hot water! In the evening, they said there would be big seafood, and then they found out that it was squid, which is actually considered seafood! The shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom of the room are only left at the bottom of the bottle, which is only enough for one or two uses! PS: I woke up in the morning and found that the sea was full of garbage😅

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The only advantage was that it looked good in taking pictures, but the food, service and environment were terrible. 1. Meals 1. The content of the snacks included in the three meals was very bad. The seafood in each meal was stale shrimps and octopus. It tasted pink, heavily seasoned and had a strange smell. Fish balls, fried chicken nuggets, and hot dogs appeared repeatedly. Like an overnight meal. The supply of meals is insufficient. Some people are deprived of basic food such as eggs and fruits. They grab every meal like a refugee and will not replenish it after it is finished. 2. The meal service time in the first two days was not on time. There were 3 kinds of noodles and rice noodles. It was not clear that they were preparing any exquisite dishes. After urging the boss again and again, he explained that it was because the employees were on vacation and there was a shortage of manpower, but this should not be an excuse. If it is due to a lack of manpower, the guests should not have to pay for the problem. If the hotel cannot provide good quality, it should not charge such a high accommodation fee. 3. There is only one kind of orange juice for drinks, and you have to brew coffee and Milo yourself. 2. Service 1. When we arrived, we had to carry our luggage and check in. The employees were all chatting in the lobby, which didn’t look very good. 2. During meal time, employees sit at the buffet, scrolling on their mobile phones, taking selfies, and watching videos, which is very unprofessional. 3. When asking employees to replenish cups, plates, cutlery, and toilet paper, they only have to ask for help before they bring them out. The service attitude is lax. 4. Injured while snorkeling, I asked if there was a medical kit at the counter. I only had a jar of yellow medicine. It was more than half an hour's boat ride away from the island, but no medicine was prepared at all. 3. Environmental cleanliness 1. The toilet pipe keeps flowing out of sewage to the drainage hole. The smell of feces and urine floats in the room, and the toilet seat will shake. 2. Dinner ended at 7 o'clock, and until 11 o'clock in the evening, the dishes and garbage of the guests were still on the dining room table. The garbage was blown everywhere by the sea breeze and fell into the sea. 3. Employees and residents will smoke in the lobby and restaurant, and are very unfriendly to non-smoking residents. The Jelly House is still under expansion. It feels like it is only in the trial operation stage and is a resort that cannot provide normal services and operations.
