It's my 2nd stay here in this hotel, and I love it. Nice room layout, ample space for a solo occupant, comfy bed, and pillows. I like the bit where i can open window slight ajar for ventilation. A little corner to lounge, sip my morning coffee, and watch the street bustle below. Good amenities are provided, and service staffs were polite and helpful.

The location of the hotel is good with many restaurants nearby. The room is spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. The staffs are efficient and easy to communicate. If the hotel could change its policies not to stop the lift at the reception floor whenever we go up or down.

Location is great, just under 10 mins from the JR Sendai train station…walk is not sheltered though. The dryer machine was faulty and my clothes all came out damp 😵💫 but other than that everything was good.
