20年前十幾歲因為韓流爆火跟母親跟HK旅行團來過韓國，回去後韓劇都不看了哈哈哈。剛好20年想走一下年輕時候走過的路就再過來一趟。首爾很好了現在，對中國遊客也是很好。交通雖然堵車但非常有秩序。我是中英文都是母語。言歸正傳，酒店位置不錯，房間景色不錯，前台英文流利，解釋得也很清楚。房間衞生也很好。我一直打車，但走起吃飯的時候看到地鐵站也是非常近的，樓下過個小馬路有個7-11。酒店ROOM SERVICE的味道在韓國來説應該也算可以。我每天起床就出去睡覺才回來。別的設施沒怎麼用。總體好評，會考慮再次入住

We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience overall. The staff were always friendly, professional, and helpful, and they spoke English very well. In-room dining was delicious, and the coffee shop on the ground floor offered great pastries and coffee too.
All the facilities were quite new and functioned perfectly. And we especially especially the beautiful view from our room.
But, there was one issue. Starting from the second day, an unpleasant smell began coming from the bathroom, likely from the drainage. So we had to cover it with a wet towel, which helped a bit to reduce the odor.

The hotel is clean and provides the products of GROWN ALCHEMIST for body cream, hand wash, shampoo and body cleaner. All of them smell good and girls will like this. Besides, plastic slippers are provided. Very considerate since the paper slippers would get wet after bathing. I ordered in-room dining for 2 times. Excellent for 1st time but disappointed for 2nd since the food was left cool and I waited for around 45 mins. For breakfast, it was highly recommended. The food was delicious and the price was lower if reserved one day advancement.
