The air conditioner didn't start at all and it looked like we didn't know how to turn it on. Doesn't this setting need to be perfected before the guests arrive? All in all, it's a lot of trouble for the air conditioner. In fact, if it can be handled right away, you won't feel uncomfortable. When I was reading the article, I read the same comments about our situation. I didn’t believe the comments but still stayed there. The experience was not very good. After being turned on for a while, the air conditioner gave off a stench... Speechless😓 It is really convenient to have an airport bus at the door. The toilet is clean and heated👍

The location is convenient. The airport bus has direct access and is right in front of the hotel. There are also convenience supermarkets nearby

I suggest girls not to stay here if they go out alone. There are hardware stores and wholesale markets nearby. It is very unsafe because of the mixture of good and bad people. There are drunkards and workers everywhere at night. This is one point. The lobby of another hotel is also very messy. Many people don’t need to swipe their cards to get on the elevator. The sound insulation is very poor, and it is impossible to sleep well. The facilities are very old, the walls are full of stains, and the hygiene is very poor. This hotel has no other advantages except the 6001 direct bus to the airport. It is a little walking distance from each subway station, but I think it is more convenient to travel by subway in Seoul. It is recommended to stay near Seoul Station.

The location was good, and there was a wow exchange machine in the lobby, which was convenient. The room had a USB port and a bathtub, which was nice. We were given one 500ml bottle of water in the room every day. I liked that the refrigerator was large. The TV didn't work on the first night, but I told the front desk and they fixed it while we were out. Even though we were on a high floor, I think it's because I'm Japanese that I was bothered by the dirt on the windows. The elevators sometimes take a while to arrive in the morning, so it's probably best to make sure you have plenty of time. I'm glad I was able to stay at a good hotel at a good price.

Good Location and Airport Limousine (Stop) in front of the Hotel

This is my second time staying here. It's very clean and comfortable. Many Korean hotels have poor bathroom facilities, but this one is a stress-free place for Japanese people to stay. The subway station is a little far away, but within walking distance.

The front desk staff are very friendly. The room cleaning is also pretty good. However, there is some dust and hair... The location is good and it's easy to get around.

It was a very convenient location for travel. The limousine bus stop was right in front of the hotel. There was also a convenience store across the street. I arrived late at night, but there were not many people around.

Most of the front staff can speak Japanese, so you won't have any problems. The water area is clean and has no odor. However, the walls and windows are dirty and dirty from suitcases.

Overall it was a nice hotel. The Wi-Fi was fast and there was a microwave on the first basement floor that was available 24 hours a day. It would have been better if there were more electrical outlets in various places.
