A fantastic hotel, in a great location. Very centralized to local markets and loads of restaurants in the area.
Awesome bed to sleep in. Despite being so central and loud outside it was dead quiet in the room which meant you got a good nights sleep.
Staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and advice.
Really enjoyed the unique theme of a cinema with the hotel too.

Staff are very courteous and always ready to attend any concerns regarding our stays in Hotel28. They always replenished the refrigerator with water and fancy drinks. Hands down to Korean people for being efficient and best of what they do. Thank you Hotel28!

It’s a shopping haven and walkable to from street market to department stores! I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Seoul for the first time ! Lively and full of energy ! I literally shopped everyday and there is an olive young in every corner ! The hotel was great but just the air quality was a bit poor but they do the air purifier in the room.

The room was spacious, and the shower and bathtub were separate and the bathtub was large so I was able to relax.
I also enjoyed the free drinks in the fridge which was great.
It's in a busy city center so it's a bit noisy at night, but you can call a taxi to the front of the hotel and it's convenient as it's close to the subway station.

The room is conveniently located, just across the street from Myeongdong Fried Chicken. The service is good. But I don’t speak Chinese. The room was clean. I have always stayed here when I came to Korea. It feels good.

Great hotel in an amazing location for exploring Seoul. Taxis could get in and tours could pick up - perfect in that sense!
Only disappointment (minor) was that the marketed ‘discounts’ offered within local establishments didn’t work at all for us….therefore were incentivised to visit but at the counter were disappointed (ABC Mart, chic cafe and their own breakfast at voodoo lounge…) I suggest to re-look at those from customer experience and choice perspective….

Stayed at Hotel28 for the first time since the pandemic, but the property is as good as ever. Staff at the front desk were very helpful. Rooms are clean and well-maintained, and plenty of amenities. It didn't bother me but there was some street noise, so light sleepers should be aware.

Nicely designed space and good size room, hotel owned by an old famous Korean actor. Good location within the Myeong Dong Shopping area but still accessible by car. Lots of food, bars and cafes around. Good friendly service. Slightly high priced but worth it.
