Good stay as always. Good for doing business in Yeouido and getting to the city center is also convenient with a taxi.

Fairmount Ambassador Seoul is an excellent choice for business or family travel. The location is very convenient. The facility and service standard is high to meet the requirements from customers. In general, it is highly recommended.

We experienced severe financial and operational damage due to this hotel's hostile staff, administrative incompetence, and poor hygiene during an executive business trip. • Unjust Double-Billing (2 Rooms): When requesting a date shift (8-10th ➡️ 7-9th), the hotel forced a full cancellation and double-charging. They shifted blame to the platform and repeatedly changed their words. A refund was only issued after our international executives personally went to the front desk to protest. • Refusal of Stay Reduction (1 Room): A request to shorten a stay (7-10th ➡️ 7-9th) made 3 days prior was denied under the absurd pretext that "the system lacks a shortening function." This is a deceptive tactic to profit doubly from a vacated room. • Abysmal Quality: The front desk staff was argumentative and unprofessional—a stark contrast to the impeccable 5-star service we received in Hong Kong right after. Room hygiene was also well below 5-star standards. ✔️Corporate planners and business travelers must avoid this property due to high operational risks and terrible hospitality. Highly not recommended.

This is ridiculous for a 5 star hotel not able to accommodate guests for a simple breakfast buffet and get told to go wait in your room. We were not told how long is the wait is and then later when we asked again, they told us the it be more than 1 hour maybe ?!? I don’t think I would ever go to another Fairmont hotel as their price isn’t FAIR at all for an almost $800AUD a night and can’t even get breakfast??!?

Upon check in, we asked for a 2 twin beds room, without even checking by the staff, I already heard no. Then she asked me for my credit card, didn’t even mention how much limits she gonna hold. Anyway. During the stay, there were zero turn down services. I called and asked why and I was told that we had to request for it. First time hearing this from a Fairmont. Totally disappointed. The bathroom lights were flashing (a bit scary at night), light bulbs had to be replaced I guess, called someone to come take a look. Didn’t expect they didn’t even offer a room change. So I guess they came in to fix the light while we were out. On the day of checking out, I called to request for a late check out. Without checking, rejected me. I had to ask again and got an extra 30 mins. Standard check out time is 11am, which is already ridiculous, got extended to 11:30, what a joke. Will never stay here again and might even stay away from all Accor hotels.
