This home was in a wonderful, quiet location that gave easy access to all of the activities and tranquility that the Tennessee offers. David was extremely responsive to any questions we had. The house itself was spacious, clean and in outstanding condition. We brought supplies with us on our trip and found an abundance of supplies in the home. Prepare for the worst and hope for the best and this place was the finest stay we've had on our vacations. 100% would stay here again, thank you again to our host, for your kindness and for offering your home to us. This was a wonderful experience.

Just like home This is a very clean and comfortable place. Its location is the best, close to attractions but in a quiet neighborhood. We were happy with the spacious open living area. The kitchen and bath had everything we need. We already booked for next year.

Excellent villa! Great place! I have MS so no steps was important and the big walk-in shower also had a built-in bench so I could sit down if I needed to. This villa was very clean. Also had everything we needed. It was located in a very quiet area. Loved the rocking chairs on the front porch.

Awesome place The villa was in a great location to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go since most of our trip was focused in the pigeon forge area. It was very clean and neatly decorated. Check in and check out were both a breeze and the owners were awesome to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Accessibility and Location My wheelchair bound mom appreciated this property so much. She could get into the house and had plenty of space within the house as well. The shower and bathroom was perfect for her because of the bench and dual shower heads.
