"Bedbugs. They have them. We stopped for one night on our way through Pigeon Forge as we headed back home from vacation. We stayed in room 314. On initial inspection, the room looked ok. It’s a bit dated but seemed clean. However, the beds are apparently infested with bed bugs. We woke up at 5:30am to get ready to leave and found our backs, arms and legs with a few bites. As we drove throughout the day, more and more developed. We are covered in bed bug bites. This is the third hotel (out of three…) in Pigeon Forge that we have had poor experiences with. We will avoid this entire town from now on."

"Large, clean room. Value is good, staff were nice. Didn't utilize breakfast so I can't speak to that. Lots of hot water and great preseure in the shower fir my husbands back. We would stay here again. Some road noise but the fan app on my phone fixed that."

"The accommodation is quite old, the bathroom looks very old, and the room smells bad; we had to spray air freshener to get rid of the odor. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast only consists of scrambled eggs, waffles, cereal, and coffee & juice. The breakfast room is very small, accommodating a maximum of 12 people."

"My family and myself checked in Dec 26 for a 4 night stay. The 2nd night I noticed an Asian beetle in my bed. I notified the front desk and was told this is the season. They all over hotels in TN. There was no available roooms to move us to. Fast forward to Sun morning there was a beetle dead in the window sill. I went down to cancel the rest of my stay. Showed pictures .Went back to the room to pack . 2 more Asian beetles flew over our heads. Manager calls me Mon morning lying that there was no bugs in the room . Only offered me 5k points . Will never stay here again. And possibly do away with Marriott all together ."

"Hotel is very clean and staff was responsive to a request . Breakfast was ample. The only negative that we experienced was the ice machine was broke and so was the keypad for the side entrance , making a security a little sketchy. Very safe area so this may not be a big issue or they may lock the door after a certain time. I will stay again."

"Ughhh...this is GREAT if you want a cabin that smells like mold and a musty old attic. It comes with a can of wasp spray, a rickety bed with a bad mattress, no wi-fi, and no TV. Not to mention the death defying drive to get here. There are no refunds even though it's all but inaccessible if you have ANY mobility issues and the mold is a health risk...never EVER again.. not at all what we expected and unsafe. We are calling the health department tomorrow to report the md and mildew issues"
