The hotel is small and has some (small) shortcomings, but its unbeatable location makes it a fantastic place to stay if you come for tourism.

The room had a horrible pipe smell.
The air conditioning had broken blades and we had to fix them ourselves.
The bathroom was full of humidity and chips on the wall, and to make matters worse, the shower was broken and the water was coming out and there is no light inside either (light out).

Noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. The hotel has very good staff, the breakfast was excellent, the location for site seeing couldn't be bettered, but the location is also the main problem. It is situated in a square/Plaza adjacent to a huge monument to mushrooms. In it's self . it is a great structure and landmark, but it is the night time meeting place for all the noisy drunks of Seville. During our three night stay, the earliest it went quiet enough to sleep was about 04-30am, but one morning it was approx 06-00am. The police appear to do nothing to stop this. Such a shame as staff and hotel are great. We'll revisit Seville, but use another hotel.

Really nice hotel, centric and the location is perfect with amazing view to LA SETAS Available to may places. The hotel really clean and the peolple who works there, really kindle people. The room was perfect and amazing top roof bar with amazing view to the city

Fabulous location, king-sized room The location is exceptional. It is a fantastic landmark and close to just about everything. I was really surprised by the size of the room: broad and huge! The staff was very attentive at all hours. I was there during New Year’s Eve and there were always key personnel present As strange as this may sound, if I were the hotel owner I would improve the portfolio of photographers on booking. I was expecting something normal and I was presented with something outstanding. Highly recommended! The location alone ensures you zero costs in mobility. The room will make your batteries recharge completely!

Hotel is very conveniently located, rooms adequate, beds very comfortable we slept well each night, room was nice & quiet - it was quite small but that is to be expected for a city hotel.. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful particularly Carlos.. We had no issues whatsoever with this hotel and would be happy to recommend to any friends visiting Seville in the future..

Avoid this place, non existing customer service, i cancelled my booking (free of charge) and they charged my card anyway. They won’t reply emails and the receptionist is just helpless, actually hang up on me saying she is not speaking english. Disgusting behaviour from management. Save yourself a hassle and trouble and go elsewhere. Unfortunately im still waiting for refund and no one seem to care.

People at front desk very nice and accomodating. Hotel is walkable to top attractions and Setas is just footsteps away. Lots of good restaurants nearby. I'd stay again in this hotel
