when enter the lobby it was so clean althought my check in time was 12am,the staff was still friendly and softly to explain with us. The moment i enter the room,that was so great and comfortable...is the 1st time I give 5 star and definely will stay.again!

Excellent new hotel. Room was comfortable with exceptional cleanliness. Swimming pool and gym on top floor is nice too. Breakfast meets expectation with a good spread of variety, and was not packed for the time of our visit, so definitely an enjoyable experience to fuel up for the day. Just note that the hotel is little bit remote inside the industrial area, not the prettiest spot but probably good for business traveller.

All the while favourite hotel selection as it is stragically located near to my customer office

Other than location other are excellent. As for breakfast the variety is very less and Nasi Lemak rice is very hard.

Basic but adequate hotel. Certain in room amenities are available upon request. Fairly new hotel. Suitable for a transit or business hotel. Swimming pool is fairly big. Overall, wouldnt mind staying again as the rate is considerable.

The hotel very clean and the staff so friendly. The location of the hotel is far from city and public transport.

Shortage of people , things are too slow here. However rooms are ok but TV has no channel except some welcome message. No entertaiment, feels very haunting. Staffs are very slow to respond due to lack of manpower. Always no pick up in case your calling emergency to their front offices. Pool and gym are ok for kids but not for adult. Can experience once but management has to recognise this probs. Hotel plugs only 1 works not all
