Hotels in i-City, Shah Alam

Everything was okay. Ive always love their warm cookies. The only thing that was off was the Grab’s collection point. Was at level LG3, then u have to walk all the way to the collection point which is kinda smelly and far. I wish the management could do something about the collection point. It would be better if the point is placed near the lift. Other than that, i think everything is good! Varieties selections on buffet spread. They even serve ice cream in the morning!

The room is okay if you just need a place to stay, but there are loud noises. The toilet light switch seems to trigger sound from the ventilation, and the door to the yard also makes noise. At first, it felt like a *****, but it’s probably just the airflow from above.Can improve to change the curtain to a proper one.

The host is very nice and friendly. Response very fast. Accommodation very near to all attractions. Will stay again here next time.

The room smelled of paint at first, but I later changed to another room which was fine. The surrounding area is very convenient, with restaurants, drinks and shopping malls all close by.

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The service was warm and attentive, with staff always ready to help. Facilities were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast offered a good variety of both local and international options—fresh, tasty, and nicely presented. Would definitely stay again!

This place is really convenient . Dalam complete ada iron , washing machine paling best yang paling best dekat sangat sangat nak pergi i-City .
