We had a wonderful stay at this property. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very accommodating. The property is located in a quiet area, which was perfect for business traveller.

To turn on the air conditioner and water heater, you don't need to use the remote control. You need to turn on the switch first. It's the button on the wall. There is no instruction or description. I tried the remote control for a long time, but the air conditioner couldn't be turned on. The heat was not good. I had to ask the customer service online. The customer service could solve the problem with photos. They were also very dedicated. I waited for a long time and called a Bangladeshi plumber. Alas! The service attitude is OK, but it is really inconvenient for domestic tourists.

No guidance on how to check in. even whatsapp also no one replying. On the same day, we need to call them for guidance where to collect the apartment key. need to call a couple of times. collect at different block at block B1 but staying at block E. One of the room at Level 27, Room No 19 having their refrigerator problem. when you on it, leaking will happen & floor will be wet. my suggestion to look into other hotel near i-city theme park instead of this apartment.
