Checking in during the Lantern Festival. I saw that the hotel was newly opened last year, so I booked a deluxe balcony room. The front desk upgraded me to a privileged balcony room facing Dishui Lake. Xiaoxin and Xiaorong served with smiles throughout the entire stay. The room was very warm, but when I woke up the next day, it was snowing! There are not many breakfast varieties, but they all taste good. There are outdoor dining seats. It will be great to sit outside when the weather is warm. I will choose to stay here next time I come to Hong Kong~

Three adults booked connecting rooms, which were very good. They could close the door without disturbing each other. The room faced Dishui Lake and the view was also good. Although the buffet breakfast in the morning was limited in variety, it had both Chinese and Western styles and could meet the needs. !

The central air conditioning is too powerful. It was a bit hot at night, but someone was sent to solve it in time. On the same floor is Duoyun Academy, a hotel suitable for family travel.

During the Spring Festival family trip, the hotel location is pretty good. I saw that it was relatively new this year. The training at the front desk was not good enough. They didn't tell us what time and where to eat breakfast. We took the initiative to call and ask. We were traveling with 3 people for a family trip and stayed for 2 days. I was not expecting that we were only given 2 toothbrushes. For a 4-star room price of more than 1,000, we were required to take the initiative to ask for toothbrushes. It was too stingy. I stayed for two days and came back from a trip the next day. It’s understandable that the quilt cover in the room was not changed, but I don’t understand that the pillows were littered (pictured)! I have stayed in so many star-rated hotels, but I have never encountered... I feel like the cleaning lady is getting angry with me? It is recommended to train more and update and improve!

The double bed room faces the lake view. The hotel is in a good location. Duoyun Academy shares a parking lot next to it. Parking is free. It's very close to the Yi Chi Garden Naked Cake Intercontinental, and it's a 15-minute drive from Ocean Park. And there aren't many people around during the Chinese New Year. The air conditioner is too hot. You can open the balcony door at night, and the breakfast is rich. Overall, it's good.

The hotel has a very design-like appearance. You can also write Spring Festival couplets and draw sugar paintings in the hotel, which is very attentive.
