Best accommodation in Bund area. From the smoking area the view is really sick and a lot of interesting people hang out here so it's pretty easy to make new friends here, both international and Chinese. The staff is super friendly and they help you with everything you need. Super recommended ❤️

A 15/10 for it's location. Within 2-5min walk to the Bunk, 10min walk to Nanjing street and Yu Garden. There are also a few nearby local food shops and convenient stores. There are common space for you to chill, eat and drink and one can enjoy the Pearl tower from there. Their design of the amenities mostly makes sense except for the bath/squatting toilet. Unfortunately, like all tools and cleanliness, they are only as good as their users. There is a designated smoking area but people are still smoking in the toilet and just throwing cigarette butts on the floor when there is a dustbin.

very close to the metro's entrance, also very close to the bund. no stores downstair so you need to walk a bit to find things to eat. there are always someone at the front desk to support, which I really like. its so cold outside but once you enter the hostel area, is so warm that I feel so welcoming. I love how the staffs being super supportive and friendly. View from the hotel are great, even from my room's window. and they have cheap cocktail, too (even i havnt got chance to try it).

It was the best hostel experience I’ve ever had a 100% recommended to you. I stayed there for five nights. It’s really clean. Everyone are really quiet. Rooms are only four bed. The receptionist doesn’t know much English, but they’re really nice and with using translation everything will be fine. They have a laundry room and a little convenience to store there. You can pay and use them. And 100% worth the money 😊

Nice, modern hostel with 5 minute walking distance to the bund and less than 5 minutes to a metro station. I was in an 8-bed room and in the final corner of the room, it appeared to be a bit warm and the cold air of the AC didn't reach me. That was fine, given that it's December, but in summer it could be really hot.

It's an okay hostel for a few nights. The location is great, a subway station, 24/7 convenience store and the Bund are very close. The service is okay, you can buy some drinks or souvenirs there. The washing machines are nice and there are enough so that there is always one free to use (I paid around 4 yuan for washing and another 4 for drying). The rooms are clean (if your roommates are tidy people, I had bad luck so one person was just throwing their trash out of their bed). However, the rooms are very small, so you cannot really put your suitcase down (at least in the 6 people dorm). There is no soap in the restrooms. They also don't have any paper towels in the big bathrooms. Especially the bathrooms could be better. They have a squat toilet and shower in one small room, so the floor is always wet even if you just want to use the toilet. The ventilation could also be better. Especially during the night the bathroom is very dirty, there is hair everywhere. The reception does not speak English very well but they are very nice and helpful so you it doesn't really matter.

Really near the train station line 10, the exit 6 is about 2 minutes walking from the hostel. I like the fact that the hostel is a short walking distance from major sites (the bund, yuyuan garden, nanjing road) I really liked the place, friendly staff and good amenities. The bathrooms are good, but i would recommend being a bit more cleaner on that, however the stay is amazing. I'll return again.

The best hostel ever! I like this hostel the most friendly, the staff helps me alot, also help to order food, and this is an interesting place to meet up new friends. Very near by the bund and yuyan garden. Great experience

I recently stayed in this hostel and had an amazing time. The hostel was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern facilities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help with any questions or recommendations. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The common areas were vibrant and welcoming, providing a great space to meet fellow travelers. The hostel also organized fun activities and tours, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and being very close to the bus/metro stations. However, the bathroom does not separate the toilet and shower, and there is no clothes rack. So every time I took a shower, I had to put both clean and dirty clothes, and clean tower into a small box, which was hung right above the squatting toilet. So when I opened the box to get clothes, I was always worried that some items might fall into the squatting toilet below. Additionally, the layout of the rooms for men and women is not well organized, as men can walk by the women's toilets and vice versa. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I wouldn’t stay here again when I’m in Shanghai.
