We have been Shanghai servers times.But Hyatt impressed most by its tremendous facilities and extraordinary services. Especially for those who worked in the lobby and restaurant. Hennessey and Joe delivered us a unforgettable memories for this stay. BTW ,Yuki and Leo as well. Thank you all

Is the third time that we stay at this hotel an it never disappoints. Is the perfect hotel if you want to stay near Hongqiao station or the airport and it has plenty of dining options around and things to do. The line 2 takes you straight away to the city center and to PVG airport if needed, but bear in mind that PVG airport is very far from here. The hotel breakfast is well balanced with many options, both local and western. The service, gym, pool and amenities are on point. Spacious rooms, nicely cleaned and comfortable. Definitely will come back next time I stop in SH again.

Room was clean and big. Have a kitchen which can request for cooking utensils and all. Microwave, washer, big dining table. One area of improvement will be the toilet gets pretty damp after use and there was no venitilation to dry out. So floor remains wet overnight, solely dependable on aircon to dry it.

You can go direct from End Railway Station /Park lot 10 to the hotel but there are not really info plates. It's near by crown plaza hotel. We hat a 45 sqm room very nice equiped. Breakfast is offering Asia to Europe. Fresh and good quality. Hotel isn't lout inside.

This hotel is good enough to select, u can always find the right mall and restaurant. And easily to arrive train station even by feet 10mins.
