The hotel is clean and cozy, and the staff is very helpful I had to buy some things urgently the hotel staff readly helped though I speak a little Chinese and they speak a little English. We used translating apps to do the conversion. Rooms are big enough and room service takes place everyday. I will stay again if I get a chance.

This is the smokiest hotel I have ever stayed in. There is visible smoke in the hallways. I asked the staff to at least get the people smoking insode the lobby on the first floor to stop, they did not help. So i asked the workers in the restaurants to stop coming into smoke in the lobby. The ad they have shows a room with a window. There is no window. The ad also shows there is a microwave. There is no microwave in the room. The ad also says coat hangers provided.... but there is NO closet. I had to put all my clothes on the floor. Terrible experience, trip.com is such a scam. Fix your false advertising, and mention the thick smoke filled hallways that gets into your room everyday. I felt it on my clothes on the bed, on everything. They did give me an air filter but that amoubt of smoke absolutely cnanot be filtered out. 0 out of 10 stay. Avoid this place, so gross.
