經常出差來這邊，工作人員都很熱情，尤其禮賓部david還有前台工作人員。

Thank you Manager Hong for your help again. The service was excellent. He also helped me upgrade the room. I can see the Oriental Pearl Tower, there is Magnolia Plaza nearby, and it is very close to the Bund! The room is clean and quiet!

The hotel that was under construction 24 hours a day and cost 8,900 a night did not inform us in advance and said that no refunds would be given if we checked out in the early morning. How was I supposed to know that the construction was still going on in the middle of the night before dawn?

房間很乾凈，不過裝修的有點簡陋、老氣。泳池挺不錯的。其他的無功無過吧。位置挺好的，可以步行去北外灘。

For an impromptu trip, the overall value for money of the hotel is good. It has everything you need. The location is good, close to the riverside and Magnolia. But the construction site next to it does reduce points.

The hotel room is clean and the location on the Bund is suitable for going out. There are 2 large shopping malls nearby. I am very satisfied with the service of Mr. Zhu from the concierge department. He kept chatting with me.

A conscientious hotel in the North Bund, the specifications and services are not inferior to five-star hotels, but the price is affordable and down-to-earth.
