I arrived at my hotel pretty late and the room is still not ready. Also, the room got charging problems when I charged my phone and power bank it drained

Super convenient close to 2 metro stations and the French concession area. Nicely priced for the location. Go to the duck restaurant next door for dinner.

Update the best way to acess the hotel,you can get off from South Shannxi Road on Line 1,10&12 Exit 3 because there 's escalator but it's for one person and not too big luggaged zise 25 inches instead of Middle Huaihai Road Line 13 which no elevator and escaltor in some areas of station. When you get off from South Shannxi Road Exit3,you across the road and go strengh ahead around 200 meters ,the hotel is on the left. There are many brand shops are on the opposite site of the road and there are many food shops in the building too for example you have to acess through Muji Shop.

Great location! The hotel is situated in a quiet lane of the busy street of Huaihai middle road. The friendly decoration gives a feeling of staying at home. Will come back again.

Best location (nearly metro line 2 pink, Bus stop in front of the hotel, nearly shopping mall and coffee shop), Cleanliness and no smell of cigarette 👍🏼

Very good location, just 2 minutes walk from the subway. The street itself is attractive, too. Good stuff always ready to help, but wish they spoke better English. One moment we had that disappointed us: when it was heavy rain, the water dropped from the window or ceiling. The problem was reported to the staff, and they solved it placing the towels around the window so the water continued to drop onto the towels. Breakfasts are excellent: both European and Chinese, pretty various. Design of the rooms is awesome, all over the hotel you see small pretty details which make you feel comfortable. Overall I’ll give this hotel 4.5/5. Very good for its cost

Had a nice visit with friends ! This is our usual place to stay. Close to great restaurants and attractions.

Good location to eat and shop in central Shanghai. 350M to a metro station with connection to 3 lines. Air con is cool (but need to manually turn down to 20 degrees). Hot shower is strong. Fast WiFi speed. Able to delay check out to 2pm on my departure day.

We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of our trip and chose it again at the end of our journey when we returned to Shanghai. It is very well located, the reception is helpful, and the room—especially the bed—is very cozy! We would definitely book again.
