L+Snow Supreme Hotel

Overall, it's a very good hotel🏨. The room is spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and the air conditioning temperature is just right. Room Amenities: It comes with a drum washing machine, which shows they've thoughtfully considered guests returning from the Water World and Snow World who might need to do laundry. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, and the toiletries are A FANG essential oil products. The only downside is the lack of a bidet. Breakfast: A buffet breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the 3rd-floor cafe. The restaurant isn't very large, so I imagine it could get crowded during peak times like summer weekends. Transportation: The hotel's underground parking lot directly connects to the Water World and Snow World, which is very convenient on rainy days. It's also not far from Haichang Ocean Park. Driving yourself is more convenient; if you come by metro, it's about a 10-minute walk, and there's a stretch without a sidewalk, so you need to watch out for vehicles.

This is our second time staying at Lingang Ice and Snow Bright City. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to Yaoxue and Haichang. Front desk staff Xiao Liu was very thoughtful and gave us a free upgrade to a suite.

The room was very clean and quite spacious. We stayed for several days to go skiing and it was very comfortable. I found the breakfast quite substantial. The room usually comes with 4 bottles of water, which is a blessing for those who drink a lot of water.

The room was spacious, but the twin beds were a bit small, a common issue I've also encountered at Crowne Plaza resorts, making it less ideal for family trips. The package was a good value; we paid an extra 400 for a weekend stay of two nights and another 200 to upgrade to a garden-view room. Since my child is older, we also paid 98 for their breakfast. All in all, the accommodation and activities cost around 2000 yuan. Their breakfast was excellent, especially the noodles with minced meat and edamame chicken, which my husband loved. They also had small wontons, Ovaltine, yogurt, and more. Although there weren't many Western pastries or desserts, it perfectly suited our Chinese palates.

The room layout is very spacious, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a direct view of Haichang Ocean Park, which is incredibly close. This means you don't have to wake up super early on the second day to easily enter the park. When you order late-night snacks, a robot will even deliver them to your room – very lazy-friendly! A special thank you to Ms. Liu at the front desk for helping us track down a forgotten clothing item and arranging for it to be sent back! Every time we visit Haichang, we always choose to stay here again!

The room was incredibly spacious, with Haichang Ocean Park in the front and the Water (Snow) World in the back. The view was absolutely perfect! Front desk staffer Zhou Lili was super nice; she thoughtfully informed us about hotel features like peak breakfast times during check-in, and even upgraded our room type. It was a very enjoyable family trip.

The room was very clean! The breakfast selection was just about right for a four-star hotel. It was quite busy during the holiday, and the restaurant was a bit too small. The staff were very diligent with the children and very strict about checking meal tickets. It's within walking distance to Haichang Ocean Park and Yaoxue Ice World, and free parking is a nice bonus!

Although the hotel is a bit far from downtown Shanghai, we chose it specifically for Snow World, and it's super convenient – the water park and Snow World are right downstairs! Plus, it's just a 5-minute walk to Haichang Ocean Park. The room itself is incredibly spacious with a great view; you can even see the Ocean Park from your window. The service was excellent, and there was plenty of parking available.
