The hotel is unexpectedly good. This is probably the best place I have ever stayed. The front desk staff is very welcoming. Check-in and check-out are quick. The room is clean and tidy. The facilities are very complete. The internet is also very fast. Rich breakfast options. Overall it was a good stay experience

Don’t worry about not getting a taxi. I went to Shangqiu on May 1st and call the hotel. You can pick you up directly at the train station by phone. It is very convenient. The breakfast in the hotel is also good. It tastes good, but the TV inside can’t be seen for any reason. I hope it can be improved next time.

奔着連鎖老品牌來的，總體來説還滿意，老酒店設施比較老舊，但衞生狀況挺好的。但是太冷了，進來時窗户開着，整個房間像冰窖一樣，連桌上送的飲用水都很冰鎮的一樣，空調又不那麼給力，直到後半夜被窩裡才暖和過來。還有就是入住時的前台服務特別好，第二天中午不知道是哪一位前台來電話問是否續住，回答不續了之後，語氣特冷的説了句“兩點退房啊！”作為服務行業的前台這麼講話是不是有點兒太不專業了，好歹説句：提醒您一下退房時間是兩點。也不至於讓人那麼不舒服。望改進。

因為老公商丘的、所以每隔一個春節就要到婆家一次今年已經是第三次過年了，之前的兩次也是酒店、但直到入住3好維也納酒店！讓我很舒心！雖然在入住期間有點小插曲、但是大堂美女張經理很有耐心的幫我解決問題、處理問題！真的很感謝🙏每次見到都會很熱情的打招呼、暴雪停了以後説車子🚗要不要洗可以隨時聯繫她！這個讓我感覺到很意外！nice❤️以後每年回商丘入住的酒店就你家啦😜
