過來出差，網上看到這家環境好，過來確實看不錯，早餐也豐盛，前台小顧服務態度很好，細緻周到！下次來也是必選之一。

很滿意，前台服務人員態度很好，帶了孩子，給小孩子送了免費早餐，出行很方便，停車場免費，就是客房阿姨不友好，中途叫她打掃一下房間很不情願

君瀾住過不少，這家體驗感是最差的。
入住時候稍有點晚，前台累了一天沒個笑臉可以理解，問詢洗衣房在幾樓，得到答覆國慶期間全部關閉，平時也要收費。那麻煩在預訂的頁面寫清楚這些特殊規定，其次服務性行業是否為客人考慮一下，這麼熱的天出遊一家3口的衣服全堆在那兒，難道還是我選擇節日出行錯了？
進房間，廁所淋浴間地磚明顯是壞的，打電話等客房服務過來看，阿姨就淡淡回答一句：沒關係，這不影響使用，能洗澡就行。真無語了，我為了旅行休息的舒服點，訂五星級結果到頭來還要我克服設施問題？最後堅持換房，明明聽到阿姨對講機裏説開xxxx房間，但是她不帶，説前台馬上會聯繫，等了15分鐘沒人找衹能主動聯繫前台，再等機器人送卡，足足磨蹭了30分鐘才成功入住，即使床上有頭髮也不高興折騰了以前別的酒店也遇到過設施問題，解決方案要麼升級房型，要麼送早餐。衹能説這家沒有一點服務意識。
第二天入住浙江金華的君瀾，提前一天加微信，任何問題3分鐘內立馬回覆解答，得知我們要夜晚入住還根據需求提前給我預留好滿意的房間，前台看到我們是一家三口，直接説送兩天的早飯，真的應了那句沒有對比就沒有傷害
為什麼節假日期間漲價要讓顧客接受，服務打折和衞生打掃差勁也要顧客接受？

房間乾淨整潔，配色看着很舒服。
酒店餐飲也很棒，菜品豐富，價格實惠.
更驚喜的是，酒店還配備了私人管家服務，客服主管鄭德泉提前聯繫客户確定房間，期間有任何問題都可以諮詢，入住還送了當地特色-廣豐蜜柚。
整體來説非常好的酒店，極力推薦，下次來上饒旅遊還選擇它。

每年都住這個酒店 服務是真的垃圾到極點了 第一天晚上到的 吹風機是壞的 還説吹風機都這樣風小的 打前台電話兩次過好久才從新送了一個過來 讓前台一起多拿兩瓶水過來 結果客房服務員送吹風機過來説前台沒説 我就客氣的又跟服務員説那麻煩你辛苦再跑一趟給我拿幾瓶過來 結果到第二天也沒有拿來 這是去北極取了嗎 我訂的是兩天連住的 第二天上午10點多 盡然有人敲門我過去開門還沒有走到門口人家服務員自己用卡開進來了 説搞衞生 ****真的無語了 我説等我們中午出去再來搞可以嗎 你以為這樣就結束了 我們出去辦事晚上回來更奇葩的是房間的原本應該放的礦泉水一瓶不放 什麼咖啡茶葉也不放 衞生就是走個過場 床鋪被套也不換新的 直接隨便拉了一下枕頭頭髮還在 好吧我自己撿了 打電話給前台問他們是我昨天態度不好還是我們連接住的客人不配喝你們的免費水了 房間價格也收了又不是贈送我住一晚 結果前台説不好意思 因為我們生意好服務員顧及不到 我説生意好怪不得了 就可以無視客户的最基本應該享受的服務了 過了十分鐘左右阿姨拿了四瓶水過來了 也不知道多拿一瓶表示一下歉意 説不好意思給您多拿兩瓶我們客房服務員疏忽了我立馬就消氣了 結果人家直接放那裡是説了兩句不好意思就走 結果到門口又折回來説他的萬能卡掉我這裏了 回來找半天我去 後面還想把我那個唯一插電的一張房卡拔走 結果我説這是我們的卡拿走我們沒有辦法用了 後面走了估計摸了口袋放在口袋裡了 我以為結束了 精彩的還在後麪 後面去洗澡 他們酒店用的都是小瓶的洗髮液沐浴露 護髮素 結果我準備洗頭找了半天給我拿的全部是護髮素沒有一瓶洗髮水我直接無語到極點 電話也不想打了 心態崩了 這就是所謂的五星級酒店 哎 希望看到我的評價的人不要踩坑吧 剛開那年確實服務好的 現在真的不敢苟同 可以把人整奔潰 我是攜程訂的 也希望攜程重視什麼酒店該合作什麼酒店不該合作 畢竟我是你們攜程的忠實客户
