2點停電到7點，2點去問的時候説馬上來電，3點去問的時候説半個小時後來電，5點去問的時候説7點來電，手機沒電了關機了，問前台有沒有充電寶什麼的讓我充會電開機，前台讓我去前面小店裡充，我還能説什麼呢

衞生：牆上到處是鼻涕口水
環境：連一個桌子都沒有房間太小了，晚上2:00多特別的吵貌似幾個小女孩正在嬉戲打鬧，早上9:00多樓道搞衞生的阿姨説話特別大聲真沒休息好
服務：服務的話就不用説了，一個房卡還要50塊錢按金，還不如多掏20塊錢住如家

很不滿意，
衞生：很簡陋，
環境：很差，隔音效果極差，客人上樓我們在房間裏聽的清清楚楚就好像是木板房一樣，走廊走路説話都能聽的清清楚楚，一開空調既然跟拖拉機一樣的響。一整晚都沒有睡着，實在太吵了我們凌晨一點就退房走人了。
設施：極差，花灑都是壞的，刷牙連刷牙杯都沒有，
服務：很不好，半夜打電話給前台既然還掛電話
