Shangri-La's Shambhala! I didn't think about what this place was before I came to Balagzong. When I got here, I felt it was a real secret place on earth! Especially when I passed through a small hole, Tao Yuanming's Peach Blossom Spring appeared in front of me instantly! Snow-capped mountains, streams, and thousand-year-old Bodhi! The hotel was very comfortable, with 2 rooms inside and outside, and a balcony! I will definitely come next time! And thank you Basang for taking care of me!

Accommodation is located in the scenic spot and admission is included. Because it was the off-season, I was upgraded to a larger room, and a butler arranged the itinerary. It was a very relaxing stay. There was no need to plan a route or worry about where to get on and off. It is worth paying an extra 75 for the bus fare to the natural pagoda, the 18 bends on the mountain road, and then listening to the story of Sina Dingzhu. Although it didn't snow when I went there, the scenery of the natural pagoda did lack a bit. Riding Bailang Niu on the mountain was a good experience.

In terms of location, the Cliff Hotel is better than this one. The Cliff Hotel is located higher and has a wider view of the mountain. The location of Bingquan is quiet, there are no other shops around, and it is next to the woods. The fat monkeys who live here always want to beg for food outside the balcony, which is very cute. The facilities in the hotel and the lobby are not impressive, but after entering the room, I really feel that the value for money is very good. The facilities in the room are extremely comfortable and clean, with the taste of nature, comfortable beds, and good sleep. (I didn’t take a photo of the room, it’s just like the hotel introduction, what you see is what you get) The staff in the store are very enthusiastic, smiling when they meet, greeting and introducing, very warm. In addition, I would like to praise the dinner. I ordered Nisi native chicken stewed with potatoes. The chicken soup is so delicious, the chicken tastes good, and the meat is strong. It’s really not comparable to the broiler chicken in the city! After we ordered this dish, the young man in the hotel refused to let us order anything else, saying that it’s enough for two people, hahaha, but we have a big appetite, so we still ordered dry potato shreds fried rice, carbon water + carbon water, so satisfying! !

Pick-up and drop-off at Diqing Airport or Dukezong Ancient Town: The service is very good. Someone will pick us up at Shangri-La in advance and then go directly to check-in. Same goes for the return trip! Tickets for two persons to Balagezong Scenic Area (including sightseeing tickets): Highly recommended! Because the hotel is on the top of the scenic spot, it feels isolated from the world. There are also wild monkeys in the morning🐒. Children like it very much. Service: The butler Xiaodi was very good. He took care of us throughout the whole process and arranged our itinerary and car. They also take special care of children's emotions, and will inform and arrange in advance if there will be a bonfire in the evening.
