衞生一般，設施陳舊，有怪味，被子上有蟲，可惜還沒拍照，就被老公拍飛了，去酒店的路全是大坑，真坑爹。早餐衹有稀飯，吃不飽，周邊還沒有吃飯的地方，真慘，這鬼地方，再不會去了。

第二次來了，人少景美，孩子説還想來。從酒店到景區稍微有點遠，要走15分鐘，如果有個電瓶車安排接送就更完美了。餐廳的家常菜也不錯，温泉也能開放。要是小童樂園能開放就完美了……

酒店距離高速出口33公里，穿過上思縣城及途中的鄉道都算好走，但是從路邊皇袍山牌坊進入酒店這八公里真是一邊開，一邊不斷質疑自己是不是走錯路了，因為路坑坑窪窪，炮彈坑多，而且路邊也沒看到指示牌。
酒店內有大停車場，方便免費停車，房間挺大，雖然設施一般，周邊都是羣山環繞，空氣好，就是蚊子多。
衞生做的不細緻，陽台桌子有煙頭沒清理，牀頭櫃下層有盒開過的安全套，滿手灰塵還沒扔掉。。。牀頭櫃有油跡手印在。。。用紙巾沾水擦好幾遍才乾淨。。。
酒店旁邊就是皇袍山公園的進山路，雖然公園暫關閉，但是門口開着，可以免費進去遊玩，好多人帶小孩在玩水，空氣很好。

在酒店和景區有4km的徒步路程，汽車無法進入景區，被攔住了。充電樁等幾分鐘挨幾塊錢，1小時慢充10元。沒有快充。酒店電工説充電樁不屬於酒店管理範圍。退款要實名加各種訊息。

本來是慕名温泉而去的，結果很失望，温泉也沒泡到。首先交通道路很差，一路顛簸，其次衞生差，套房都有蜘蛛網，衞生間洗澡連個放用品的置物架都沒有，再次所謂的早餐衹有白粥鹹菜，皮蛋粥和一種包子，什麼玩的都沒有。不過空氣很好，喜歡清靜的朋友們可以去😁

去酒店的路具難走，其它設施還行，如果要去這酒店最後白天走，晚上走沒有路燈很不安全，酒店有早餐還可以，周圍環境很闢靜進山了沒有買東西的，

風景是真的超級好啦。但是因為比較偏僻平常沒有人住，酒店沒有什麼工作人員，沒有什麼早餐，設施維護也欠佳如沒有什麼熱水，房間的話設施比較老套中式，衞生方面欠佳，但也能理解…山溝裏的，看風景就很值了還要什麼皮皮蝦。記得上這來玩自己帶點吃的，還有自己的生活用品，交通不便，開車上酒店是不平整的山路，酒店沒什麼沒有吃的。

環境：滿意四面環山
服務：從入住過程到離店衹見到總枱一個服務員。同時從入住開始就有種上當受騙的感覺，跟本同網上説的相差太遠了，沒有梯田式的温泉，衹有三個小池子，而且規定時間泡湯，早上試池子水温是冷的，嚴重懷疑是加温而不是天然温泉，欺詐性俱多，不值得推廣。
