1- 沐浴露和洗髮水都是假的，用了海飛絲等大牌的瓶子，實際上內容物和正版相去甚遠，兩瓶假貨倒出來味道和顏色一模一樣。導致我們住客幾個人當天洗完頭一直掉髮，非常乾澀。 2- 找客户解決問題，客户一直推脱責任給供應商，不願意承認問題。並且提出要給錢換好評，看不到店家改善的誠意，衹知道遮掩問題。
