The room is not clean, floor is dirty. The bath towel is dirty and broken, it is terrible and I never have such conditions in other hotel.
No sleeper provided, the TV is a pay TV. No international channel. Breakfast is also poor, no tea or coffee provided. I will not stay again and not introduce to friend.

汕頭澄海區不太熱鬧，雖然我主要是來看音樂節的，但為了方便吃喝，便挑了這家酒店。
抵步會發現這其實就是全季嘛，但也沒事。前台給我安排了710號房，我上樓了發現門開著，地板全是濕的，滿房間是那種清洗液的味道...再發現廁所沖廁有點問題，決定還是下樓換房間。
前台這時多了一個男的，和原本的女生一起。一開始不讓我換，說人手不夠，房間都是趕出來的，但那時候都快四點了，一般入住時間是十二點開始呢。我提到沖廁的問題，男生條件反射說了半句「這房間也沒有標記說維修吧--」然後低頭一看同事打開的頁面，啊，原來真的是維修中呢。
那問題來了：一開始為什麼會安排我入住維修中的客房呢？
這下終於給我換房間，我再經過710，有人在梯子上修天花...這房間剛才還安排給我住啊？
房間大致乾淨，除了小沙發，很明顯的污漬和香煙燙過的洞，被子也是，有被燙穿過的小洞洞。
如果需要好好休息，那麼你要注意，酒店同楝的四樓還是五樓是ktv，十點到一兩點會一直聽見鬼哭痕狼嚎和東次東次的聲音，就算得到前台給的耳塞，還是聽得見。
澄海區交通主要靠打車，但這家酒店在步行範圍內也挺多咖啡店和麵包店的，願意走路的話，日日香和老柴枝就在十五到二十分鐘腳程之內，還是方便的。
客房沒什麼好拍的，配圖給徒步可達的cafe on warm打廣告。

來澄海出差，看到很多小玩具，這個酒店位置不錯，處於比較繁華的地段，周圍燒烤，炒菜，特色小吃都有，值得推薦

酒店停車場非常的搞腦子，沒有任何的一處是寫着酒店名字的停車標記
真實體驗：B1往1棟電梯上（都是電錶箱的電梯）
這是我們一次次繞行，探索的結果，酒店不會告訴你的！
B2停車場沒辦法直接到酒店大堂！
房間：床頭放着一個盒子（我一開始以為是消防的那些）
走近一看，呵呵噠！夫妻用品掃碼取用！
住了那麼多酒店，在便宜的在偏僻的城市我也沒看到過這種啊
孩子看到我都不知道怎麼解釋….
默默的拿開放在地上角落裡！
空調聲音巨大，房間裏需要被子 毯子（問前台就告訴你沒有，都沒有）
反正就是撒都沒有，我問延時退房，回答我是不是他們會員（我一開始以為是全季的酒店）結果就是要買他們這個酒店的會員，我就找攜程去協商了！任何細節都讓我以為是全季酒店，看圖就知道
反正就是一句話總結，能不要選這家就別選這家！

酒店的衞生環境設施都很不錯。不過晚上睡眠不好的人千萬別來住，每天9點半左右4樓的KTV就開始營業，每天唱到凌晨3.4點，哪個人受的了。第一晚打給總枱不給力，氣到打110。

裝修一般 服務很差 開了4天 平台上開316 後面到前台續了一天356 前台説平台開比在前台開會貴一點 平台會抽成 我就想説不知道你怎麼算的 我在平台開316你前台356還説平台比前台開要貴？你數學體育老師叫的 説的吞吞吐吐的説不出個所以然 更搞笑的是我錢交了另外有兩個女孩子來開的同樣房間270多 搞笑呢？

應該以前是全季的合作酒店，裝修風格以及軟件有全季的痕跡，所以硬件上面還可以。
我們訂的是2.4米的大床房（因為有一個小寶貝）都入住了，後來客房又是各種理由讓我們換房間，換的房間各種異味，客房服務員過來各種的推脱，在我多次強烈電話要求下又換回原來的房間，但是客房服務員各種刁難説話各種的難聽，我是出來遊玩的，不是出來當孫子的，實在是讓人無語，真不知道網上的評分是怎麼來的

服務員態度生硬，吵，706房説可以幫我送耳機。管家淺淺換了一個833房間，沒想到服務人員安排的更吵，房間不錯，但太吵，體驗感太差了，想退房又退不了，但官方客服管家真的很專業很棒棒

這個環境自己看吧，拖鞋另外酒店名字，衞生差還有味道。主要是逼着讓給好評，沒給好評還不讓退房。已經表明了趕時間，等另一間房退房取行李時再一起給，前台好像聽不懂一樣。工作人員態度也一般，要麼什麼都不懂，要麼一臉不爽
