下單時明明有勾選房型升級，到店時前台生硬地迴應：沒有升級，訂啥就是啥房型。房間隔音極差，馬路噪音清晰可聽。淋浴間的熱水不夠熱。

我是一個經常出差的人，之前也在此酒店住過給我印象蠻好，所以這次直接又到這裏來，這次給我的感覺真的很差，之前來好像要按金衹要100塊，這次要200塊，房間裏面連一個毛巾都沒有，電視也開不了，衞生方面，細節方面真的很差，我真是服了，還好我自己帶了。

地理位置，是超級無敵，就在商圈裡麪，吃玩都很方便，而且也有停車場。但是酒店太老，也沒有做房間裏面的設施。體驗感非常的不好。來了一次就是不會想來的酒店，希望老闆能快點改善，要不然你這樣子是在趕客户，來了就沒有回頭客。
