Overall the hotel room is spacious and tidy. There is a shopping mall downstairs which is very convenient. However, the staff is not proactive enough to serve me during check in. I was queuing up at the front desk, one of the staff was serving another customer while the other staff was using her mobile phone. I was expecting her to call me to check in but she didn't except using her mobile phone. Until the other customer at my back went up to her then she put down the phone and served that customer instead of me. I was a bit upset about this Also, I picked the non-smoking room and I expected the whole floor to be non-smoking. But I still saw people smoking in their rooms (as their doors kept open) and also smelled very strong cigarette smoke.

Every time I visit Shanwei, I stay at Xianda, and my family loves it too. The rooms are neat, clean, bright, and cozy, and the mattress is quite comfortable. This time, I'd also like to thank Xiao Zhou at the front desk for her thoughtful and meticulous service.

The room was clean, tidy, and quite spacious! The front desk staff kindly upgraded our room for free, which was wonderful. I'll definitely stay here again!

I was incredibly impressed with this hotel. The decor is luxurious and grand. The front desk staff, especially Xiao Yu, even upgraded my room, which made my stay so comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was cozy, and the service was heartwarming. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Shanwei.

The hotel is located in the center of the city, next to a shopping mall, with a few children's entertainment facilities. It is also close to Walmart and a Chinese restaurant for breakfast. it's within walking distance to the harbor side and 二馬路walking street. The hotel itself is classic but new, clean, and spacious. The breakfast is normal and average. with basic porridge, fruit, Chinese dishes and vegetables, western breakfast, egg, coffee, tea, etc. Posh outlook and inside. I love it and will definately will come back for next visit. 飯店位於市中心，毗鄰購物中心，設有一些兒童娛樂和設施。它也靠近沃爾瑪和中餐館，可以吃早餐。步行即可到達港口和二馬路步行街。酒店本身很經典但很新，乾淨且寬敞。早餐很正常，普通。有基本粥，水果，中餐，蔬菜，西式早餐，蛋，咖啡，茶等。 外觀和內裝都很豪華。我很喜歡它並且下次一定會再來。

The check-in staff was very friendly and helpful. This is my second stay in the hotel and I enjoy staying near the seaside with a lot seafood to enjoy.

The room is quite spacious with high standard of cleanliness. We stayed in a twin-bedded room in fact each bed is a 4 ft bed with comfortable bedding and mattress. Will book this hotel again next time if we go to Shanwei in the future.

The hotel is conveniently situated in the best area of Shanwei, restaurants and the sea front are just around the corner. It has also a nice swimming pool with an open view. Judy the front desk lady was very helpful and kind. I will go again there for sure.

The hotel is in a great location, the room is large and spacious, it is a sea view room, the house is fully equipped, very clean and hygienic, and very comfortable to live in. Xiao Zhou at the front desk is enthusiastic and proactive in service👍! I will stay here again next time, it is worth recommending. 👍👍
