床單十分的臟，讓服務員換一張，還是很臟。而且凌晨12點了。小朋友特別困，店家服務態度極其不好，説大晚上哪裡找新的（做這種行業的，本應該就是需要備好），拿了新的單子，跟我們説需要自己轉換單子。還有其他不合理的方案。一共訂了三間房，其中另外一間 剛進去啥都沒動，電熱水壺 忽然boom一聲，還起火冒煙。我們滅火以後，通知服務員來，不緊不慢，10分鐘才來。準備退房，一個風筒又冒煙。不僅衞生差，還存在 安全隱患，極其重要，把租客的人生安全極度不負責任！！！以下為攜程的處理方案，店家不予以任何回覆。！！！12點退房，掃地大姐提前15分鐘 催促你倒時間要走，説了正在收拾起來 還沒到12點。就一直説到時間 剩下沒搞衞生，沒到退房間時間，就以下一個租客快到為由，以便自己可以達到 早下班目的。

時間: 提前半天去，老闆娘熱心的很，讓我們提前住了！前提是要有空房！ 環境：周邊都那樣，還行吧，要求不高。乾淨衞生就是沖涼房門口放個吸水墊更佳，還可以保護你的木地板！ 服務：熱情且老闆人真的很好 停車:周邊都一個樣，門口停幾個車位，不過你放心就是，老闆使出必殺技能給你安排！完全沒問題！ 一口氣定了三間房，週末兩天遊，人多，房間住後有點臟亂，希望老闆娘勿怪！

晚上九點半就沒熱水了，第二天一上午水都是涼的。房間門、窗串風串的厲害，入住當天又剛好降温，屋裡空調不制熱，直接凍感冒了，風往屋裡鑽，跟睡馬路邊似的，條件太差了，不建議住在這邊，落下一罐茶葉，也沒人告知，因為我們最後一次泡茶是在這個酒店，第二天換到別的地方就找不到了，全部找了一遍都沒有。

去到酒店，店家才開始收拾床鋪這些，然後當晚竟然停水，然後有水之後一整晚都沒有熱水，第二天早上才有熱水，水還是不夠熱的狀態，最重要這兩天很冷。。。我覺得這叫民宿，不應該叫酒店，家庭作坊模式，服務跟不上。。。
