I booked a room at this hotel for the second time. I went to Jinding Bay and stayed at other homes. I still feel that this hotel is quite good. The interior design and supporting facilities are quite satisfactory, and I had a nice holiday!

房間大 這次專門訂了雙床的 今次在4樓 也是全海景 今次是因為香港的復活節假期不是國內假期所以特別便宜 才二百多 客服即時回覆 態度也很好 衛生情況也可以 我每次來汕尾也是住的這個民宿

衞生：乾淨，細節到位
環境：海景很贊，是正面對着大海的，景觀很震撼

房間的海景絕絕子，而且去沙灘也很方便樓下就是。房間衞生還是可以的。打開陽台落地窗很大的風需要注意安全。

房間風景真的很好，金町灣人很多，節假日價格相對較高，但是遙控器是壞的，也一直沒更換
另外，洗手間發現了一衹小強，衞生需要再注意一下

一進房發現沒有做好清潔打掃，地上有毛巾，浴缸有垃圾，沐浴露在地面，露台有腳印🐾。然後我開水泡浴發現水不夠熱，客服說冬天這麼冷這水溫度是正常，可是我用不到熱水泡浴就是不正常。最後我找平台客服，平台說酒店同意退差額叫我找酒店，酒店說是平台負責再叫我找平台，平台再叫我找酒店，酒店說沒收到平台打款沒有錢退給我。來回四次左右，用了四小時，雙方經過對我四輪羞辱後，平台願意退我浴缸房差額。
