Everywhere, we fudged us, saying that the scenic area was closed, private cars were not allowed in, and they had to rent their cars. I think it can be rectified. Don't let this kind of travel agency fool you soliciting customers in the hotel. I have no opinion on soliciting, such as whether to report a group or charter a car, but I don’t like digging 😂

🔔Service: The so-called free high-speed rail station pick-up service was booked in advance, but after leaving the station, I waited for 15 minutes without any contact. After calling the front desk, I was told "you still call a car by yourself". Why would you hang up without this service? All the gift services under the brand, isn’t this deceiving consumers?

Very large room, a lot of space is vacant, I don’t know what it is for me, and I don’t have a party. The unused space in the room is too large, the layout is not reasonable, the TV is small, and it is far from the bed, and the other places are completely empty. Unfortunately, so much wasted space. The sanitation aspect is general, the key point is that there are mosquitoes or bugs in the room. The child and I had a lot of inexplicable cells. Later, when I grew old, I discovered that there were windows that were not closed. Behind the curtains, I still, who would find this. The entrance to the room smelled of decoration, no air purifier was installed, but the window was opened instead. The service attitude is average, and the management is not too strict. So it is not recommended for everyone to stay.

房間裏配置不全，下樓問前台，沒想到小女孩服務員剛和客户吵架還是被投訴糾紛，明顯看出情緒在努力控制，但還是感覺氣場不對也顯得生硬氣大。我能理解他們服務的不容易，但酒店就是酒店，應對各種客人是必須的。否則就不要做這個工作了。建議酒店加強服務培訓！
