The hotel is clean but the loft room has a faint smell of cigarette. There is basically no sound insulation so it’s very noisy. There is also no fridge in the room, which is very inconvenient on a hot day. The staff is helpful and otherwise the room is spacious.

The service was great. The room is on two floors. And each has a TV. Well, the neighborhood is relatively quiet and there are many places to eat. The quilt and bed are very comfortable to sleep on. The pillows are very soft. Recommended.

We originally booked a 1.5-meter bed without seeing it clearly. After arriving at the store, the front desk told us very carefully that the room we originally booked had an inner window on the first floor and suggested that we pay the difference to move upstairs. Sure enough, the room upstairs was much more spacious and bright, and I was very happy. The hygiene was perfect💯 The service attitude was perfect💯 I was very happy on this trip to Shaoxing. Choosing a good hotel is also very important! I will choose this hotel next time I come to Shaoxing! 😄
