"The hotel is nestled at the foot of Fushan Mountain, just tens of meters from the Fushan Park entrance. It boasts a serene environment, but public transportation isn't very convenient. We were given a room without an elevator, located right next to a construction site, with no view whatsoever. For this price point, the conditions are definitely not worth it."

"Terrible experience! The room was incredibly small and cold! The sofa was also tiny, and the storage box underneath dug into my legs. I regretted it the moment I walked in! Paying 457 for such a frustrating stay! It wasn't relaxing at all to come back to the hotel. I stayed in the 'Scenic View Deluxe,' which was actually room 8111 right by the entrance – a truly bad experience! Plus, the automatic toilet kept flushing by itself at night, which scared me to death, and I'm not even a light sleeper!"

"The hotel's environment is great, and the location is excellent, right next to a river and a park, with plenty of dining options, which is super convenient. I absolutely loved the hotel's decor – it's elegant and grand. The toiletries are Atelier Cologne, grapefruit scented, which was a nice touch. Good quality overall. The hotel was also very clean. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. However, the staff were all very good, especially the doorman who greeted me warmly."

"They gave us a room on the third floor, which is the top floor, and the hotel service was excellent. We even got complimentary welcome fruit upon arrival. Breakfast is conveniently located right behind the front desk where you check in. The hotel also offers free parking, and our room had a lovely little balcony with plenty of space – very comfortable overall. I'd say it's pretty good value for money."

"The entire town has a charming Chinese aesthetic, with lanterns, moonlight, a lake, and small bridges – everything a photographer could dream of. The hotel is right by the river, offering views of the distant bridges, and in the evenings, a magical, fairy-tale-like mist rises from the lake, creating an enchanting atmosphere. The whole town feels ethereal, and the hotel's decor, rich in traditional Chinese style, blends seamlessly with its surroundings. Staying here, you get a real sense of the serene and free-spirited life of the town's inhabitants from earlier times. This trip was absolutely worthwhile; it was fantastic."

"Hesitated long time before booking this hotel given some comments were very discouraging. Happy that I did book. I booked for the location & the swimming pool. The no reception and app download check-in process are indeed very uncommon with staff not welcoming nor particularly polite as it feels they’re annoyed and want to go back to their phone, but this can be cleared quickly. Apart from that which I was expecting, WiFi is just not working, forget about it. All the rest was beyond my expectations. Good soundproofing in 17F, decent hygiene, good breakfast with plenty of options including local dishes, good beds. Elevators are indeed very slow to go down but go up quickly. Location is perfect to do most site visiting by walking, many food and drinks options around, good view and convenient for taxi and didi. Special point : there’s a sign downstairs with recommended itinerary for site visiting and food options during three days. We followed and found the tips very adequate. I will keep that app and come back to this hotel if travel to Shaoxing again."

"This was one of the most satisfying hotels we chose for our trip. What really impressed me was the hotel's motto: 'Humanized details!', visible at the front desk, in the rooms, and even on the key cards. This principle was fully reflected in the staff's service and the room's amenities. It was my first time experiencing staff showing us the room beforehand to see if we were satisfied; my first time seeing special hooks under the air conditioning vent for guests to hang clothes; and the upgraded room even came with a massage chair, simple fitness equipment, various fast-charging cables, and an adjustable tea table... The front desk also offered various flavors of free popsicles, which could be delivered to the room with just a phone call! Everything was geared towards guest service at this hotel, truly living up to its name, 'Source of Warmth!' It would be absolutely perfect if the breakfast could be improved a bit more. 🤓👍"

"Garbage. The hotel facilities are seriously aging. The carpet is obviously stained. The hair dryer stops halfway through. It takes a while to continue. The towel is seriously disconnected. The hygiene is worrying. The hotel was renovated 12 years ago. It is recommended to renovate. At night, the napkins ran out and asked the front desk to get a pack. They also asked a lot of questions and inquired about privacy. The window glass was very dirty. The stay experience was very bad."

"We really enjoyed everything. We came from Hangzhou for a weekend getaway to relax and visit 诸葛仙山, and also to swim. The surrounding nature is magnificent, and the hotel was quiet and peaceful — exactly what we came for. There's an excellent outdoor pool where you can swim under the moonlight. On the hotel grounds, there are black swans, rabbits, a fox, and raccoons. We stayed for two nights. For the first breakfast, we had a choice between a Western or Chinese set menu. On the second morning, there was a buffet — and it was fantastic. We definitely preferred the buffet. There were green olives. The food was very tasty. Most importantly, black coffee was available for breakfast — strong, just the way we like it, and no sugar! What could be better than a cup of Americano in an Italian castle in the morning? The mini pastries were exquisite. The hotel itself is very beautiful — we felt as if we had visited Italy. The staff were extremely polite. The rooms were delightful, with a bathtub and even bath foam provided. Upon arrival, a small buggy took us to the main building with the rooms — that was a pleasant surprise. At checkout, they gave us a bottle of sparkling wine as a gift — unexpected but very nice. We loved everything and think we'll come back again many times.""

"The location is super convenient, right above a subway station. It's very close to Lu Xun's Former Residence and Cangqiao Straight Street. The hotel itself is quite unique, with a rooftop bar and live music. It was a truly unforgettable trip."

"Overall, it was a very nice stay with a super friendly team. The location is great – within walking distance of the old town and with plenty of restaurants nearby. For breakfast, you can order freshly prepared hun dun, noodle soup, and fried eggs. There's also a small selection of Chinese and Western dishes (toast, spread, cakes), which I didn't try. It's worth noting that you usually arrive at the new Shaoxing North Station rather than the regular Shaoxing Station. The proximity to the metro isn't much use for getting there and back. It was about a 30-minute taxi ride from the North Station. The only minor complaints are the slightly dirty blinds on the shower window, the lack of hooks to hang a towel on, the faucet on the sink that sometimes didn't close properly, and the fact that you couldn't flush the toilet by hand because the battery in the control unit was dead. But these are details I encounter again and again in China."
