Staying at Yunhe Yebo Hotel was a great experience. The service was excellent; staff members always greeted guests warmly. Breakfast was good and quite substantial. I'll definitely be staying here again.

I've been here many times, and every time the front desk staff are incredibly friendly. The rooms are always clean, and the breakfast spread is fantastic, with both Western and Chinese options. They even give you a souvenir when you check out!

It's just a 3-minute walk to the Ying'enmen Scenic Area and Intime, offering a one-stop shop for food, entertainment, and activities. Yet, it's surprisingly quiet at night, ensuring a great night's sleep. The service was also very thoughtful, with complimentary welcome fruits and a parting gift.

Highly recommend this family-friendly hotel for anyone traveling to Shaoxing with a baby! My baby was crying in the lobby, and the front desk staff went above and beyond, bringing out a pinwheel and bubbles to cheer her up 🤣. They even helped us switch rooms. The family room had a huge floor-to-ceiling window and a balcony, which our baby absolutely loved. The hotel also has a public play area for kids with a slide, building blocks, and lots of picture books, perfect for young children. Since our baby fell asleep at noon, the front desk graciously extended our check-out until 2 PM, which was incredibly thoughtful. We also received welcome fruit, which was a nice touch! And when we accidentally left our baby's clothes behind, they even mailed them back to us 🤣. We booked a package with breakfast included, and the hotel's breakfast was fantastic for families with kids because of the wide variety. You never know what a picky eater might want for breakfast, so this ensures they'll have a good meal! Super satisfied! Excellent value for money!

Staying at Yunhe Yebo Hotel, I booked a suite and an executive twin room. They helped me coordinate the rooms, and both had beautiful floor-to-ceiling window balconies. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet, which was very convenient. Both rooms came with complimentary welcome fruit and a thoughtful little card from the hotel. The welcome ceremony was very elaborate and full of flair. Also, due to a change in my itinerary, the hotel kindly assisted with a checkout adjustment, which was very considerate and deserves high praise.
