房間非常寬敞明亮整潔，入住時主動給我們換了房間，期間的各種打掃服務也很周到細緻，值得一提的是由於我個人的疏忽，在退房以後把備用手機和充電器落在了酒店大廳的休息區中，上了火車才發現忘在了酒店裡，正在找聯繫方式的時候，酒店小姐姐正好給我打來電話～在核實完訊息確認是我丟的手機後，馬上安排了順豐幫我郵寄到家，萬分感謝🙏🏻再次被紹興人的熱情善良感動，最後祝如家酒店生意興隆，萬事順遂😊

首先是洗衣機的問題，我來之前再三確認是可以使用的，後面又告訴我壞了，OK這個怪我運氣不好，然後我問這個烘乾機是好的，那我用一下烘乾機，由於機器在六樓，我上不去，需要他們給我送一下電梯卡，結果來了個大叔，直接甩給我，並質問我為什麼不去電梯口等他？excuse me？你是客人我是客人。然後後面要了個一次性刮鬍刀，那大叔就來了，説你一會要刮鬍刀一會要電梯卡？？？？？？？？？？這次沒慣着，直接懟回去，你們就這麼培訓員工的？
然後是隔音問題，臨街連個紗窗都沒有，一點點都不隔音，超級不隔音，我定的還是零壓大床房，和睡大街上沒什麼區別，底下司機按喇叭，發動汽車連公交車到站聲音都聽得一清二楚。
