從踏入大堂就被東方美學的設計打動，柔和燈光搭配簡約裝飾，標誌性的迎客松營造出寧靜雅緻的氛圍，瞬間驅散了旅途疲憊 。前台工作人員微笑相迎，用自助入住機30秒就辦完了手續，高效又省心 。
客房更是驚喜滿滿。房間乾淨整潔，1米8的大床搭配品牌床墊和乳膠枕，100%棉的床品親膚舒適，讓我一夜好眠到天亮。全屋智能系統特別貼心，輕聲呼喚"哈嘍華住"就能調節燈光、窗簾和空調，科技感拉滿 。衞浴乾濕分離，智能馬桶冬季加熱功能很實用，洗漱用品帶着淡淡的植物精油香氣，細節裏都是品質感 。
配套服務更是戳中需求。24小時自助洗衣房太方便了，LG洗衣機帶殺菌功能，洗完還有烘乾機和掛燙機，出差族再也不用愁換洗衣物。早餐種類豐富，五常大米熬的粥香甜軟糯，搭配本地特色餐食，妥妥熨帖中國胃 。大堂24小時供應現磨咖啡和自製的白茶。

首先，房間有很多污漬，廁所馬桶的聲音大到離譜，其次樓上健身房跑步機是壞的，要麼別弄。機器人不智能，被撞到好幾次。
隔音一般，位置一般，價格還敢往貴了報。

這是我住過最差的全季
1.衞生特別差，哪裡都是臟的，浴室臟的，門後有噴射狀污漬，不知道是血還是什麼！！！！！！早餐盤子也是臟的
2.床邊感應燈都沒有，住過這麼多全季第一次遇到

設施：挺新的，特別是浴室的噴頭 洗的很舒服，床睡起來也很好，玩了一天 休息一晚就恢復的差不多
衞生：很不錯 都很乾凈
環境：很好，依舊是我們喜歡的格調
服務：很有耐心，第一次的房間安排到角落（之前訂房有備註不想要角落的），聯繫前台的小姐姐，馬上就給升房 換了個走廊中間的位置，晚上買東西 也會安排好機器人送東西上門，很方便

一進大堂就被熟悉的淡雅香氛包圍，整個人瞬間放鬆。前台工作人員小雪辦理入住高效且熱情，笑容很温暖。大堂的“客聽”區域設計感十足，書香與茶香交織，很有東方美學的韻味。房間一如既往地貫徹了全季的簡約風格，但細節做得更好了。床品絕絕子： 他們家的床墊和枕頭軟硬適中，躺下去就像被雲朵包裹，酒店位於鏡湖新區，環境安靜，但交通卻很便利。周邊吃飯、逛街的選擇很多。
