有一説一酒店硬件就是位置我覺得可以選擇。可以步行到魯迅故居和沈園，其它打車都可以到達。但是服務尤其是人性化特別讓人不能接受，入住前大約三週看到有團購套餐就想三個人住寬鬆點每天訂兩間房，當時看每天都有空房就付款了，付款以後才能預訂有顯示衹有一間房，因為付款了所以聯繫攜程希望跟酒店協商追加一間房，因為看待酒店同樣的房型特別充足。但是酒店無論是攜程協商還是自己打電話連酒店預訂部能打不進去，因為酒店前台就特別牛的就給拒了，説的話我就我不在重複了反正牛哄哄，他説不行就不行。其實酒店的服務除了硬件人文素質我覺得更重要，同樣情況我在別的五星酒店也碰到過都能很好的解決。但是安玥酒店無視客户的體驗感，如果真的是沒有房我很理解，但是知道我辦理入住酒店啊其實空房率很高，真不明白酒店圖什麼！

酒店位置最適合到紹興自駕遊的旅客，後院有巨大的停車場，除了晚間飯點車位緊張，其它時間都有大量空位。酒店對面就是著名的沈園，步行十分鐘可到魯迅故居或八字橋老街區。酒店前台和樓層服務員都很禮貌客氣，房間裏設施齊備有免費的汽水和小食，住了兩天各方面都感覺舒適、滿意。

定的套房，太實用了，有一個活動空間，基本能滿足需求，提高幸福指數！房間內衞生間乾濕分離，額外還有一個簡易的廚房水盆和電磁爐，方便自行解決餐食的朋友。重要的是還有小冰箱，可冷凍和冷藏，非常方便！酒店位置很好，城區內的景點都很方便，值得推薦！
