晚上被蚊子咬了無數包，打電話前台衹有一句冰冷的裏面有蚊香液找一下，火冒三丈，最差漢庭之一，中午十二催退房兩次，房間味道重

首先先説，之前都在另一個平台預訂，由於送了咖啡，我們把所有之前訂過的都給了好評。這一次的預訂，真的有夠無語的。
首先平台上積分兑換可以12點入住，我是15:24到店，當天熱爆，我走了一會路到店。辦理入住，和我説沒房了？？要等半小時。
我請問呢，四點才能入住？給我的理由是前一天入住的才走，但是關我什麼事呢？我提前好幾天預訂的酒店，下午快三點半才到酒店，你告訴我不能住？當時又累又氣的。
兩位前台女士沒有任何抱歉的意思和語氣，（我沒要求服務要多好，這裏我衹針對暫時代表酒店的你們而言）好像很大方的樣子給我換了商務房，我以為多好呢。一進門，一股中葯味，一看多了個什麼椅也不懂，有什麼用？其他和之前6樓住的沒差，甚至就在拐角處，隔音也不好。
我遵守了平台規定，在第二天12點進行退房。你們呢？你們的處理方式呢？
以前不這樣的。
之前要的好評我也給了，這次不好的，我給差評。
不過唯一好的就是打掃的阿姨，因為口渴多給了我水，謝謝。
