非常無語的遭遇！5點多辦理入住，7點多空調都打不冷，修空調的師傅説空調好的，讓我再等等，都要中暑了，要求退房間，前台的態度就是其他房間更熱，來了個經理，男的，自己腦門一臉汗，説不熱啊，空調打不冷是他們材質太好了，我以為我聽錯了？？？還説温度挺好的，不滿意就換一家，當時是晚上8點多，去攜程12345投訴，才給我換的房間，之前告訴我不同房型需要我重新下單，我是商旅，晚上哪來人。這家店晚上的經理真是讓人十分無語，**壞了。定了2晚實際就呆了一晚，拉黑

本就看中了酒店的新開，環境還是可以的。前台接待沒有任何的笑臉差評，洗漱用品盒子裏麪還有頭髮差評，節約成本沒有主動提供刮鬍刀差評，標配的枕頭是我這輩子睡過最不舒服的。售後的跟進服務還是可以的，衹可惜我不是薅羊毛的主。真實客觀評價而已。

環境：還可以，但是管理不行，未登記的客人也能上樓入住，並追到其他房間打我的客人，導致我的客人鼻樑骨骨折，更搞笑的是，因為打架有財物破損，留了前台的客服，對我的提問，避而不答！這家酒店的管理和服務太差勁。

酒店挺新的，除了前台辦入住的一個女的態度極其不好，説話語氣冷冰冰，機器化，感覺不到一點温度。一副我們酒店很貴的，很多人要來住，愛來不來的態度！去到酒店已經到了可以入住的時間，説還沒房間，節假日大家都是在前台等入住的，結果等了一個多小時，兩個小時，都還沒有打掃好。體驗差！！

每次來上虞，基本都入住該酒店，選江景房，風景真的不錯，可一覽曹娥江一景，在早餐在5樓，坐在窗口也可以順便看看馬路風景，前台服務員小阮很熱情
