The hotel itself is still very eye-catching, and it is easy to find. However, because the location is not very popular, there are no convenience stores nearby, so it is very inconvenient for consumption. I think the concierge service at this hotel is pretty good, at least one of the best I've seen in this price range. The service was good when checking in, and some fruits and snacks were given immediately after check-in. The breakfast the next day was also very good. I think the breakfast buffet area is still very deducted. The dishes are very limited, and many of them are cold. Moreover, we went at 8 o'clock in the morning. The quality of the dishes during this peak period is really unacceptable. Fortunately, after that The hotel prepared a separate breakfast for us. If we add breakfast later, the quality is still acceptable. The overall decoration of the hotel is okay, the facilities are relatively new, and the elevators are quite pleasing to the eye. The facilities in the room are still a bit monotonous, and I always feel like something is missing. The shower area in the hotel is really too small, and I can't even turn around. For a large room of 45 square meters, I think if it is well designed, a bathtub can be added. If so, the user experience will be improved. The hotel's minibar, I think you can fill it with some drinks and charge for it, but it feels really awkward to leave it there empty. As for the hygiene inside the room, I think it's okay. At least I didn't find any particularly dirty places.
Overall, I think this hotel is quite good. Except for the location, the others are worth recommending at the same price.

DDr. Oscar### A Hidden Gem in Shaoxing: The Perfect Homestay Experience
I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming homestay in Shaoxing that truly felt like a sanctuary for the soul. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning traditional architecture that seamlessly blended with the local culture. Each corner of the property exuded warmth and character, making it a perfect backdrop for introspection and creativity.
Despite the rain during my stay, it only enhanced the experience. The open courtyard design allowed me to immerse myself in the soothing sounds of raindrops while I reflected on my thoughts and future plans. There’s something incredibly calming about watching the rain dance against the tiled roof, and I found it to be the perfect setting for writing and contemplation.
After a peaceful day, I ventured out to the nearby old street for dinner and drinks. The vibrant atmosphere, with its charming shops and lively eateries, made for a delightful evening. I enjoyed exploring the local cuisine, which was a wonderful complement to my stay.
The homestay offered remarkable value for money, combining comfort with an authentic cultural experience. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met while allowing me the space to find my own rhythm.
If you’re looking for a place to clear your mind and connect with your inner self, I cannot recommend this homestay enough. It’s a true haven where traditional beauty meets modern-day tranquility. I left feeling refreshed and inspired—exactly what I had hoped for.
GGuest UserHad a really comfortable stay at this hotel. Staff were very nice and friendly, room was spotless. Plenty of plug sockets and just super comfortable. The pillows were the best I've had in a while. Very happy stay. I had breakfast included but managed to miss it everyday of my stay so can't comment on that. For a Muslim traveller, plenty of halal options literally across the road
LLololuokexin_keaixixiThe hotel is located halfway up the mountain and is a pet-friendly hotel, so I booked a single tree house in advance and brought my dog here to experience a 3-day, 2-night trip away from the hustle and bustle of the city~
I am very satisfied with this trip as a whole!
First of all, the room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities, including a tatami tea room, a large balcony, a bathtub, a foot bath bucket, a shower room, a smart toilet, a Dyson hair dryer, etc. Welcome fruits are specially prepared, and hygiene is also very important. There are disposable bath bags and disposable toilet mats for bathing. There are steam eye masks on the bedside table that can be used. This is the first time I have seen a hotel provide 1.5L×2 bottles of mineral water, which is very considerate overall!
The room faces east, and you can see the sunrise in the room in the morning, and you can see the sunset when you come to the top of the mountain in the evening. The hotel also has many entertainment facilities, including KTV, swimming pools, hot springs, chess and card rooms, fishing, and picking.
The daily breakfast is also very rich, with three choices of staple food + nutritious meals. If you need to order lunch and dinner, you need to book one day in advance. The dishes are all grown by the hotel, super fresh and delicious!
Bringing a dog to stay here requires an additional 200 yuan pet cleaning fee. As soon as you arrive at the hotel, you will receive a dog check-in gift package, which contains a urine pad, toys, and wet wipes. The kitchen will also prepare fresh food for the dog every day. The service is really good!
I especially like the housekeeper Xiao Luo. The service is very good, the reply to the message is very timely, and the shuttle bus will take us back and forth between the lobby and the tree house every day.
On the day of leaving the hotel, I also received a large bag of souvenirs prepared by the hotel, which are all home-grown vegetables~
I have recommended it to my friends around me, and I will come again when I have time next time!
PPatPat2The hotel is nicely located, close to the pedestrian street and all other attractions. Very good breakfast for both Chinese and Westerners. As we have been here for the Dragon Boat Festival, the hotel organized also preparation of the rice dumplings. Every room was also equipped with a Nespresso coffe machine. They gave us a nice welcome fruit tray on first day and another gift when we left. The staff has been very kind and helpful also with our luggage.
LLelehuanyoushijieDuring the Dragon Boat Festival, I visited Shaoxing and stayed at the Atour Hotel in Keqiao District. Its location is excellent, being very close to both the ancient town and Keyan Scenic Area. Yuecheng District, where Lu Xun's former residence and East Lake Park are located, is also just a short drive away (about 10-15 km). Shaoxing Rice Wine Town is only a few kilometers further, and there's a subway station nearby, making it easily walkable. The nearby Guazhuhu Lake Park boasts pleasant scenery. It rained on Dragon Boat Festival, and with nowhere else to go, a leisurely stroll around Guazhuhu Lake in the rain turned out to be a surprisingly delightful experience. On Children's Day, the day we checked out, the hotel even provided thoughtful parting gifts: potato chips, Wangzai milk, and a humidifier. Our child was absolutely thrilled!
NNayemThis hotel is one of my top choices in Shaoxing. The property is nearly brand new, and my wife and I stayed here for three nights during a business trip. It was a wonderful experience, and here’s our detailed review:
We stayed on the 51st executive floor, specifically in room 5128, which offered a stunning lake view and an impressively spacious layout. The room featured a proper bathtub, his-and-hers sinks, and a separate section for the shower and toilet, divided by transparent glass partitions. However, the lack of privacy in this setup could be uncomfortable if you’re sharing the room with a colleague or business associate. Since I was traveling with my wife, this wasn’t an issue for us.
Service: 9/10
Although most of the staff didn’t speak or understand English, they made a genuine effort to ensure guests were happy. Language barriers in China are common, but using a translator app helped us navigate communication seamlessly. Night shift front desk manager Lynn was very helpful and spoke English properly. She also recommended
Cleanliness: 10/10
The housekeeping team was highly attentive and thorough, keeping the room spotless throughout our stay.
Breakfast: 9/10
Breakfast was served at the Manhattan Restaurant on the 45th floor, offering stunning views. The buffet featured a great mix of Western and Oriental dishes, including a wide variety of cheeses, croissants, a self-serve ground coffee machine, fresh fruits, and a selection of dumplings.
Location: 7/10
The hotel is about 20 minutes from Shaoxing North Railway Station, which was convenient for us. However, the immediate surroundings don’t offer much— the nearest convenience store is about a 8-10 minute walk. We used DiDi for all our trips, so this wasn’t a major issue. For shopping or dining, Wanda Plaza Mall is about 12 minutes away by car, offering a variety of restaurants, including McDonald’s, KFC, and Starbucks. We highly recommend trying Green Tea, a local restaurant on the mall’s third floor, for delicious food at reasonable prices.
Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Shaoxing.
GGuest UserBring your baby to Shaoxing, the hotel upgraded our room for one day for free. Welcome fruit, dessert every day, butler service is very timely. Especially this housekeeper Xiao Ni. The hotel's Chinese restaurant for dinner is not expensive, there is a small zoo and horse riding 😀. The lawn is very large and suitable for outdoor. The hotel is very large, and there are many places such as the wine cellar that I don't have time to visit because I have a baby. I will come again next time.
GGuest UserStaying in Shaoxing has been an absolute dream—especially at Floriette·Time Inn! Waking up and drawing the curtains felt like stepping into a Jiangnan watertown straight out of a Chinese textbook. Stone bridges arched over crystal-clear canals, while black-canopied boats drifted lazily past my window. The boatman even waved and greeted me with a grin!
After a night of growling hunger, I rushed downstairs for a bowl of *Ciwu hand-pulled noodles*. Oh. My. Goodness. The chewy noodles had this perfect springy texture, and the broth was so rich it felt like my taste buds were doing backflips! I slurped up every last drop, instantly revived. No wonder—the owner said the noodles are hand-slapped by master artisans!
But the real MVP was the innkeeper—a walking Shaoxing travel encyclopedia! Over afternoon tea in the lobby, he’d mark up maps like a strategist: *”This pavilion in Shen Garden is where Lu You mourned Tang Wan—perfect for photos!”* *”The stinky tofu stall near Eight Characters Bridge? Third alley, blue awning.”* *”Bring a jacket for evening boat rides—canals get chilly.”* He even shared where to find the cheapest *huangjiu* (yellow wine) ice cream bars! It felt like staying with your most thoughtful relative—the kind of hospitality that deserves all the stars. This place redefined what I call ”those little moments of joy that make traveling so special.” Five stars? More like a whole constellation!
GGuest UserIt's off-peak travel during Spring Break, so there shouldn't be many guests staying in the hotel, so the experience should be okay. We were arranged to stay in the room at the edge of the 19th floor. The overall hardware was so-so, but the space was relatively large, which matched the room price of over 400. Smart toilet and large bathtub can meet the needs of little ones. Special praise for the breakfast, which is very rich and tastes very good. There are two shortcomings. First, the windows with the curtains opened are extremely dirty. I suggest regular cleaning. Second, the design of the underground garage is not very reasonable. It took a long time to find it.
What I want to complain about is Shanshui Park. I don’t know how long such a shabby park can last, and many projects have been closed!
GGuest UserThis is my favorite hotel I have ever stayed in. I will stay here every time I come back. People who like it here like their breakfast. People are also very good. Stay in the morning and evening for a cup of coffee, a cup of tea at night to sleep, very close to the high-speed rail, clean, high floor, great, worth staying
What are the best hotels near Shangyu Port with pools?
When summer arrives, there’s nothing like a family trip to Shangyu Port in Shaoxing to make the most of sunny days. Yi Ju Life Hotel Hangzhou Bay Shangyu (from PLN 127) is a popular hotel with a pool, great for cooling down after a fun day out.
